I want to see and be able to edit my contact details. I use the list as a quick finder for phone numbers

Mine has stopped working. I have contacts and lists saved and no way to go to them, use them, edit them. The link is broken!

all my contact info is deleted! I have a bunch of names, but no information! How the heck can they do that? Is anyone watching what happens to contact info? I had phone numbers, notes, and even email addresses, and most of all my contacts have NOTHING but names now.

The new contact sidebar is a complete joke of an application and makes Yahoo Mial in general appear to be heading that way. It is absolutely impossible to manage group lists and is way harder than necessary to add contacts and then find them. You took a good app and completely trashed it to be more like Google.

I'd like to weigh in on the new contact page configuration - it's hard to find contacts, very hard to add new ones and especially hard adding names to groups - can this be changed back to the more friendly, easier to use version?

The new contacts "side bar" is totally inadequate. I have stored a lot of detail about a contact in the Details section, which, now, is just a bunch of run-on gobbledy gook.
Not liking the new side bar, nor the Details section of an individual contact.
Take it back to the way it was!

please go back to the old full screen format for contacts. As present, I cannot assign a new contact to an existing list, or remove a contact from an existing list. This needs to be fixed!!

The changes to contacts are awful. Whoever had the brilliant idea to change something that worked fine is an idiot. You can no longer add contacts to groups. It allows you to think you're adding a name but then when you go back and look, the person wasn't really added. PLUS, tons of my contacts have simply vanished.

The Contacts are unusable. You can't see the detail, you can't edit notes, it's awful. It needs to be Word-friendly and completely editable, easy to read, easy to navigate. The old Contacts worked great. These are terrible.

The new contact listing format is not user friendly. I have lost contact information &/or lost the contact totally. For me, basically the new format is useless...

I totally agree. I wish the CONTACTS icon that is moved to just above the new side bar display worked by sending the user back to the full page display. And hopefully, that full page format would work like it did prior to July, 2019, when all functions worked successfully. Now, a full month after the change, my contacts are impossible to manage the way I want and all Yahoo is doing is gathering comments. I don't think the issues I have seen all over these feedbacks is a quality control issue. I think they implemented exactly what they wanted. But their motivation was to help Yahoo for some unknown internal reasons, not to make the Yahoo Email experience better for its users. When will they learn that we and the advertisers are paying their salary and it is not a good idea to make the customer experience poorer.
