    You continue to include ads in Yahoo Mail for "William Leigh" clothing, though this is a well-known China based scam. It is not an English company with 55 years of experience. as they claim.

  2. NEW VERSION YAHOO

    I don't like new update email version as when I log in and it was automatically updated in new email version but all my previous email has been deleted. I can't find any email in record. I really don't like this. many important email hase been delete. as i told my all previous email and No one help me in this. so I don't like it. please restore email.

  14. Change calendar event colors

    Windows 10, Firefox browser. You recently changes the colors for calendar events. Please allow a softer range of colors for calendar events. The recent change to more vibrant colors makes it hard to read the embedded text for each event and is way too glaring on a desk top monitor.

  15. Read email indication

    Grey out the read email is a terrible idea. The purple vertical bar, which indicates the current email, is barely noticeable. The old way. A bold subject for unread and a normal subject for read emails works so much better.

    I hate google. If I want to use gmail, I'll go to gmail. Why am I seeing google powered ads on my yahoo site? Google is an invasive species, and I can't wait until the pesticide comes out. Please get those spies away from yahoo.

  18. User Interface / Desktop Experience

    The new Yahoo Mail interface is significantly less usable and disrupts my daily work. Unread messages are hard to identify, spacing is excessive, navigation is unclear, and message scanning is now much slower. The previous interface was far more functional, especially for users who manage high email volume on desktop.

    There is also no way to contact support — no email, no working phone, and no option to switch back, even though the help page claims this feature “is not available for your account.” This leaves users completely without a solution.
