   I'm really loving the ease of use for my email, these days!
   I love that for MOST of my emails, I can hover over an item, find the looking glass and call up all emails for that sender, then I am able to move everything into a folder - or spam/delete at will! Cool!
   Why are some absent a looking glass? That part is ugh!
   Also! I love that when I move a bunch of items at once to a folder, I can just use a letter or 2 and a short list of folder names pop up.
   For instance, I just type "z" and "Amazon" pops up (only have one folder with a "z" in it) and it's that easy to move all items, THERE!!
   Absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

4. Severe input lag and typing delays in the web interface

   I am a Yahoo for Small Business customer, and I am experiencing severe performance issues with the webmail interface. Specifically, there is an extreme input lag when drafting emails. I have to wait between words just for the text to appear on the screen, making it incredibly frustrating and time-consuming to communicate with my clients.

14. STOP MAKING ME "SECURE" MY EMAIL EVERYTIME I TRY TO SIGN IN

    Every time I try and use my email I am prompted to "secure" my account. I have done this almost every time and my email is becoming unusable because I can't just sign in. I don't want to change my passwords every other day it is causing issues. Make it stop. It is extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. I will change my password when I want to. Making me jump through hoops so I can't check my email to change my password when I just changed it is ridiculous and infuriating.

    I read my email mostly on my iPhone and delete emails almost daily. The online Yahoo account is showing emails clear back through 2025. I have cleaned out my email many times and those emails shouldn't still be online. How do we synch both online and my iPhone so that the emails deleted on my phone are also deleted online?

    There's a new wide band of advertising at the bottom of my mail screen that is making navigation REALLY slow and annoying. I'm sure it's to push me to Yahoo Plus but it may push me to a different carrier.

19. AI Generated Fake Billing of my Energy Bills. How is that legal for you to do?

    Earlier this morning when I woke-up, I found a supposed "overdue bill" by National Grid for my House in my emails. I was deeply confused as I had contacted National Grid last week so they could reimburse me for overpaying my bill by a wrongful double-pay from their automatic payment system that I'm enrolled in. But your email service said I was past due on a bill to them. I clicked it and what had happened was your Yahoo AI system created a fake energy bill. That is, it took the data from my incoming bill which will be paid via an automatic payment much later this month and then changed the language to say it was "overdue" and that I needed to pay immediately. Obviously this initially caused panic until I went to my National Grid website and found that it was not overdue at all. With all due respect, what are you all doing? How is this even legal?
