1. Colour code

   It would be great if I could colour code each email rather than just star it, and I dont mean a colour strip at the edge I mean the whole email. I receive so many emails and get confused with which one I am working on. Having it colour coded would make life so much easier.

2. Option to disable Spam Filter / Deliver all authenticated mail to Inbox

   As a loyal Yahoo Mail user since 1996, I have noticed a significant change in how the service handles mail.

   For decades, the spam filter was crucial due to high volumes of junk mail. However, thanks to the strict enforcement of SPF and DKIM protocols, actual spam has virtually disappeared from my account.

   Currently, the spam folder only catches "false positives"—legitimate and important emails that I have to manually rescue. This makes the spam filter counter-productive.

   My Suggestion: Please provide an optional setting to completely disable the automated spam filter. This would allow experienced users to receive all authenticated mail directly in the Inbox without the risk of missing important messages due to filtering errors.

3. ads taking up to much space on my email. Im about to lose my yahoo email after nearly 30 years of using this platform.

   I hate the add at the bottom. I have the same exact ads already running on the right. Why do I have the same ads taking up even more space on the email page?

4. Advertisements causing typing issue

   The pop up ads in the panel on the right hand side of the window are causing issues when typing. The cursor disappears when the ad is loading, and the cursor then does not restore itself, the only way to start typing gain is to use the mouse and to click in the body of the email. Could Yahoo please review the how it might improve the performance of ads to limit their effect?

6. Yahoo engine web issues. 403 Forbidden

   I am contacting you not about Yahoo mail, but about Yahoo the search engine. I use Yahoo as my search engine, so after Bing opens I select Yahoo as my engine. Today tor the first time I received the message 403 Forbidden when I attempted to load Yahoo. I deleted my saved Yahoo shortcut and loaded a new one. Same thing 403 Forbidden. When i am in Yahoo email and I click on any mail from you to read stories I can read the intro paragraph but when I want to read the whole story and click on read more, I get the 403 Forbidden message, so effedtively I can't access Yahoo for my normal use of the internet. What is happeing? Let me know.

7. your calendar and mail functions are complete failures now

   it has saved virtually ZERO things from my calendar for prior months. I go back to see what date I went to the dr and its not even showing on the calendar.
   True garbage now. I'm really annoyed that I have had this service for over 25 years and it is getting worse and worse and now I actually PAY FOR IT!

10. Emails disappearing, nowhere to be found

    I have gone from my emails randomly being deleted and moved to my trash, to now having emails completely disappear from my mail altogether. These are not old emails either. Just today I had one from over the weekend vanish this morning.

11. Forwarding issues from Gmail account

    Dear Yahoo,

    I have been using yahoo for over 20+ years, and would love to keep it, but recently my forwarded letters from Gmail are not always working. I receive an error from yahoo side when try to forward my gmail messages. Those letters are coming from secured sources, and still have the following error.
    How can I solve this? Of course, I cannot contact the original senders (who sent mails to my gmail account).

12. delete ALL emails at once

    There needs to be a way to delete ALL emails at one time in ALL folders, not just 100 at a time. I don't have time for that.

13. Enlarge composition screen for email

    It would be MUCH nicer if there was a way to independently enlarge the window of the email I am composing so that it wasn't simply a tightly fit narrow rectangle among the many menus on the screen. I would dearly love to be able to view my email as one can a page in a word processing program.

15. Storage capacity

    Your storage metric is not reflecting my deleted emails. I have deleted tens of thousands of emails in recent weeks; yet the MB-usage count in my settings has remained in the 17.1-3 MB range. It's as if this is a fake metric for window-dressing purposes only.

    Yet, your threshold is 20 MB at which point users' email account no longer functions. My MB count should be in the 15 MB range by now, but as noted at present it shows 17.2 MB usage. This is regardless of how many emails I delete. I also delete from the Trash folder the emails I delete as the Trash is not deleted automatically for at least two weeks.

    More broadly, Yahoo Mail is substantially dysfunctional at this point. Yahoo did not have the infrastructure necessary to import tens of millions of Comcast's emails. Doing so has made the entire email experience slow to a crawl. I've heard the same from Comcast email users. This could be a reason for Yahoo's failure to reflect my deletion of tens of thousands of emails in recent weeks per Yahoo's own MB notation within any email account.

    i think when in your main email page and looking in the list you should be able py presing mouse scroll buton invards open new tabs with your neccesary emails. So its more efficient for the user to work and interact with them.
