  1. Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!

    I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads.   3. Provide a way to monitor storage used

    You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

  4. Language translation feature not available in Yahoo Mail

    Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

    I used to be able to select multiple emails and drag them to a folder, now i cannot. i used to be able to hit little magnifying glasses next to various parts of an email line (such as sender or subject) to search for all emails with that topic and now i cannot. i used to be able to review an email, delete it, and the next one open. now it sends me back to the list again. I used to do a search, review an email, close it, and it returns me to the search. now it dumps me…

  8. Please stop putting scam/spam **** into any Yahoo account

    Pleae STOP putting **** disgusting emails in to my accounts : I have to go into my Spam folder often to find work related emails. No one should have this forwarded to them, no one needs this please stop it from coming to yahoo members: examples below:

  9. How big or small is the email

    I occasionally receive emails that say my inbox is too full of data. Even tho I have allot of data. I know this just to be spam email however a while back YAHOO EMAIL had it under SORT big data verse small data. I miss that. Will you be bringing that back anytime soon?!

  10. Shared Yahoo Calendars do not properly sync across ios

    Please have someone seriously investigate and solve shared yahoo calendar issues with iOS. They do not sync properly. Have had this issue for years.

  11. add 2FA phone call option

    For setting up 2FA, include a phone call option (not text). What do those without a cell phone do? Most companies I've come across, including all banks except Capital One, deal with this by including a call or email verification option.

  13. Filters

    Re-write the coding for your Junk Filters. The Block Sender and custom filters do not seem to work as intended. I have blocked certain domains due to unacceptable and inappropriate content, yet my Junk folder still regularly populates with these inappropriate messages. Gmail seems to have significantly less issues in this regard.

  14. Make getting storage easier

    Hi

    I've had this Yahoo email account since 2001.

    I've now been told by you that my storage is full and I need to subscribe to get more storage.

    I've been trying to purchase extra storage for the past two days but somehow the transaction doesn't go through.

    I need my email to operate fully as I use it for work.

  17. Calendar reminder flags in monthly view

    Can you PLEASE PLEASE make the Calendar view "Reminder Type Flag" e.g. such as bills icon, red dot icon etc., show up on the MONTHLY view of the calendar. It used to be like this. In the current monthly view, you can not see what type of reminder flag there is, there's just a pale green dot. You can only see the flag by opening the event.

  18. Fix problems with delivery to gmail addresses

    I keep getting rejected email from gmail with this type of message
    12] Gmail has detected that this message is likely
    5.7.1 unsolicited mail. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail, this

    This is happening when I reply directly to an email from the person (not unsolicited). When I follow the link for more information, it is all about how the email system is set up. This seems to be a yahoo issue and not something I can control as a user.
