3. Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!

   I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. 4. Please allow Planner function to be disabled

   Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

5. Language translation feature not available in Yahoo Mail

   Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

7. Auto Detect and Remove Malware Ad

   I am reporting a deceptive and potentially dangerous advertising practice in Yahoo Mail. Yahoo Mail is displaying paid advertisements inside the inbox in a format that closely resembles a new email message rather than a clearly separated ad. Because these ads are made to look like real inbox items, users can easily click them by mistake while trying to open legitimate email.

   This design is misleading and unsafe. In my view, it creates a serious risk of accidental exposure to malicious or deceptive content, including ads that may redirect users to scam, phishing, fake security alert, or malware-related sites. The problem is made worse because Yahoo does not always provide a clear or accessible way to report these ads directly from the inbox interface.

   I am asking that this practice be investigated as deceptive advertising and as a harmful user-interface design that increases the risk of consumer harm. I also ask that Yahoo be required to clearly distinguish advertisements from real email messages and provide a straightforward reporting mechanism for suspicious or dangerous ads shown in the inbox.

   Harm: Increased risk of accidental clicks, phishing exposure, malware exposure, and consumer confusion
   Resolution requested: Investigate the practice, require clearer labeling and separation of ads from messages, and require an effective reporting method for suspicious inbox ads.

   As an example, on April 2, 2026, an advertisement that looks like a new message appeared in my Yahoo! Inbox, which the name of the sender as "Mae Wilson" and the subject as "Senior Meals". This mail is actually a malware ad, that if users click on the ad thinking that it is a new email, it would inject malware onto your PC.

8. Keep users signed in after preliminary sign in.

   I have 5 email addresses at Yahoo. I check each one daily for spam and recently I have to sign into each account and sometimes have a passcode sent to my phone to see each account. In the past, once signed in I would have access to all my accounts for several weeks or even months without having to sign in again. Looked in settings to find "Keep me signed in" but couldn't find it. Clicked on "help" but told help was not available. Please help!!!

   just check the gmail and compare, the space utilization is so poor in yahoo. request you to check the same and make it more useful. there is scope to get lot of space for viewing mails than to other stuff like search or trying out new mail logo. also preview mail panel is too small so you can check that too.

11. Block and delete pornographic emails

    Should be able to ‘block all’ in same way as it’s possible to ‘select all’ and ‘delete all’.
    Yahoo should also have facility to block obscene and pornographic material before such messages are received in inbox or spam.

13. Sorting Mails

    Kindly arrange to provide a rule based file transfer system in Yahoo UI so that we can transfer our file based on the name of the sender, subject, associated reference so that the files are automaticaly diverted to given folder.

    Also make provision for engaging AI agent to sort and draft the mail
