  1. Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+

    When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.

    So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

  2. STOP asking for a bio sign in

    Please stop asking us for a passkey or bio print! We will NEVER use biometrics to sign into anything! You nor anyone else is getting our fingerprints or iris scan!

  3. Retrieving Deleted Emails

    You need to make retrieving an accidentally deleted email easier. I accidentally deleted a zoom meeting request and now cannot attend the meeting because I cannot retrieve the deleted email.

  4. Need better sorting of email

    I need to be able to sort my email better. Give me the option to sort email not just by "Newest", "Oldest" and "Sender". but by "Subject", as much of my emails have the same subject matter, and I have way too much to sort through to find the one subject I need to view. We used to have this option, but you changed it without clients' input.

  5. Stop allowing inappropriate emails

    A couple months ago, I started receiving many more spam emails than ever before, and most have adult content in the subject and/or in the preview line. Some even contain the F word in large, bold characters. This is very distressing, especially if I'm checking my Yahoo mail during lunch at work -- I don't want anyone else seeing these types of emails in case they happen to be stopping by my cubicle. I do need to check my spam folder for email messages that I want, which were incorrectly marked as spam, and I definitely do not want to…

  6. Allow unlimited blocking for spam senders

    It would be really great to be able to block numerous senders. I am receiving so much spam mail and cannot block all of them because you have a limit.

    Please add a feature where, if someone accidentally sends an email to the wrong person, they can 'unsend' it. Yahoo doesn't have this—is it possible to implement?

I just would like to see an adult response in putting my e-mail page back were it was before you took over and destroyed it. Once upon a time before you "yahoo" came along, I had a whole page....

    I dont need your stupid double factor protection. Every time I open email from browser with VPN it demand to confirm that is me and enter code from SMS or from another mailbox. The problem is I may not be able to receive SMS or email coz another email also demand double factor confirmation, same as yours. Same situation happen when I am physically in another country, I just cannot open email coz my SIM card is not working in that country. TURN OFF all identity confirmation, as soon as entered password is correct, that means the user is myself…

  20. troubles with logging in my account

    I have been using the same password for years on my account and i use it yesterday as well but this morning i can't and the way you explain it not working cause when it sends a code to my other email i can't get into that one either..they way you have it setup it is a no go. do it like gmail is do a new password gain on the same page and not have to send it to another email.this way it would work better
