How can we improve New Mail?

get rid of icons and put text labels

I have no idea how to do a simple "REPLY" or "REPLY TO ALL", "FORWARD", etc... get rid of the arrows, they mean nothing to me, and PUT IN WORDS, like maybe "REPLY", "REPLY TO ALL", etc??? Why do developers insist on making the UI more difficult to navigate?

    On Windows, if you place your cursor over the icon, the words "reply," etc. appear.
    Does that occur with your computer?
