Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

The fact that you made me go through a mandatory tutorial of your new interface when I just want to quickly access an e-mail is really disgusting and a horrible UX. Please do not ******* do this anymore.

revert back to old mail
Give us the option to revert to old/basic mail. I HATE THIS NEW MAIL. If not changed back, I will be using another email service. I've used yahoo mail for many years, but I'm leaving if you leave it as is.

Storage
I am aware that Yahoo is introducing a cost for storage over 15gb. I have recently deleted from my folders and my trash 19,000 emails. This has had no effect - it would appear - on my storage total which is still listed on my email account as 18.3gb more than 5 days later. I don't understand how this is possible.
I have been in touch with customer care four times and they have sent me template emails in response, which indeed, simply did not answer my question.
Why is my storage total not being updated when I delete 19,000…

Put the New Folder button back where It can be found. It is MISSING!!!
Where did you decide to suddenly move the New Folder button to in Mail? This is so RIDICULOUS THAT YOU CONSTATNLY CHANGE THINGS AND i CAN'T EVEN FIND NEW FOLDER. i CAN ONLY CREATE A SUB FOLDER.

Why do you make finding out about staorage so obfuscatory (hidden)?
It is impossible to find out where I am using storage (ie how much is in each FOLDER or category
I think this is ver deliberate in order to FORCE people to buy more storage undrr the THREAT of you seizing up their mailboxes.
TAntamount to blackmail?
Why can you not be like Apple – making everything clear and easy to find?
Its a pretty nasty way of doing business - especially since you siudenly rediuced from 1TB to 15Gb?
