Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Different colored stars, and ability to pin messages
Could you give us different colored stars? That would be nice to have, a way to star with a certain color for certain levels of importance or different subjects.

Visibility and doing business in fair manner
Yahoo first gives users first large amount of free data and users have been accumulating data for many years and suddenly surprises users after many years by reducing free amount to very low amount of 15 GB. This forces users to turn to paid plan and does not seem to be fair business tactics. Moreover, Yahoo publishes instruction on how to check present amount of taken data and I follow this instruction by going to profile and looking for 'Storage" tab but I cannot find it.

Global options should be available please, for yahoo mail plus.
I tried to paid service buyer as yahoo plus but it was only USA invoice adresses are available. I randomly put an adres in illinois and accepted. Could you please correct this option for wolrdwide.

Problem with android app - attachments not downloading
O app android parou de baixar anexos dos emails, do nada. O celular é um Poco x6 Pro, com sistema Hyper OS versão 3.0.6. Já tentei limpar cache, reinstalar, reiniciar o telefone e nada funcionou. Sou obrigado a compartilhar o anexo pelo whatsapp, pra poder baixar por lá. A ajuda no site do Yahoo não deu qualquer retorno. Frustrante!

unlimited blocking
Rather than limit Yahoo email users to only being able to block 1000 spam addresses, please allow Yahoo email users unlimited ability to block all unwanted spam addresses. This is common sense!

Do not randomly delete emails from active accounts!
I've been a yahoo mail user since the 1998 and as a regular user, and I've held a Yahoo Mail Plus subscription for over 10 years. Yahoo decided to randomly delete thousands of my archive emails from my primary active account for NO reason this past month. Thankfully I was able to contact support and they said they will work on recovering any lost emails in the past 7 days (since this happened very recently I'm hopeful minimal data was loss. But it shocks me that Yahoo would randomly delete email in an ACTIVE and PAID account without permission.

Provide the option to not have pop ups every time I do something with email messages. For instance, if I delete three emails I don't want a pop up that gets in the way and just tells me I deleted three emails.

Old, already-read, messages that I don't want left on the Server, get saved and re-downloaded
I collect my mail from Yahoo using POP3 with my desktop email app (Pandora). I have it set to delete mail for each of the three addresses I am using from the server after 7 days. Previously, using Pandoa and before that Eudora, this setting worked when my email Server was Cox.net. Why are you not doing that? Across the three addresses you say that I have an accumulation of 15k in my inbox. Deleted messages get reloaded and, sometimes, not-deleted messages get duplicated.
