  3. Add select boxes to search results to bulk delete old photos and docs. Not 1 at a time

    While trying to find an old email Photo, i did a search. I found thousands of spam Pics and Docs. I tried to delete them.

    Only to find that you have to select them and delete them 1 at a time.

    There needs to be a way to Add select boxes to search results to delete old mail, photos and docs in bulk

  4. Disposable addresses

    Recently I have tried to add disposable addresses to my account. However the account software has changed my default email address from pns2sw-??.co.uk to pns2sw-??.com. If I use that then when I try to send a mail to that address it does not appear in my in box. I would like to return to using the .co.uk address, but I cannot find a way to do this.

    We no longer offer location-specific domains. All new addresses, including disposables, are created as .com.

  5. hijacked my email folders!!! I agreed to pay $12.XX / year for email that allowed me to have "folders" and you hijaced them!

    So I subscribed years ago to pay $12.xx / year to be able to have folders in my email.. and now you are holding them for ransom forcing me to PAY UP to have those folders accessible to me. If this doesn't change I will definitely stop using YAHOO altogether!

  6. Stop auto play ads with sound

    All of a sudden, I am getting ads that play with sound in my mail. I have a Yahoo business account, and pay for Yahoo web hosting. I can't tell you how infuriating it is to be on a zoom call, open my mail to find a communication and some ad starts playing, broadcasting to my clients on the call. Shut it the f off.

  8. Why prompt for a file delete in ''Spam'' but not ''Inbox''?

    Why prompt to delete a file in the ''junk'' folder, but not ''Inbox''? This should be the other way around in my opinion.

  12. Why is the count so far off for the inbox, etc. May show 35 inbox but there are only 10? Does this in all folders.

    Number of e-mails in folders is way off. Shows a lot more e-mails than you actually have. Is someone else trying to use my e-mail? Happens in all the folders, even the ones I have created.

    In today's email-flooded world, it would be helpful to be able to add certain email addresses as a priority list in which emails from that address are automatically starred and/or placed on top until read and/or filed. (Settings / filters / prioritize / add priority / textbox (email address)/ check box (starred and-or on top) / done)

    provide better help. Do not charge yahoo users to contact support teams via phone. Make chats & other support needed free to be able to solve issues. I should not have to "sign up" to receive help with my issues. I need to chat with an associate to fix my issue straight away & i can not do that because yahoo does not make it available. Makes me want to delete my yahoo account and discourage others from using yahoo. Why? because if you have an issue you cannot get help unless you pay for it. That…

    Hello there. If your browser is saving your login details, please clear your cache and cookies then check its settings to not save passwords.

  17. Switch Alias to be the Main Account

    I want my alias email to be my main account and I want to delete the old email. It only gets spam and yahoo is terrible at blocking spam. If I can’t delete the main account and use the alias instead, I’ll just switch everything to gmail like I’ve been wanting to do anyway.

  18. Yahoo removed option of adding picture in your signature. Being in business we need to add our accreditation which is making me switch .

    It is advise to give option to consumer to add their accreditation which are in JPG/JPEG format. Living in 21st century yahoo is going back to 19th century options.

  19. how can i get my mail back to normal if y'all changed it again???

    my mail wouldn't send last night, it didn't save to drafts either. doesn't load all my mail now..it loads not even half and i can't get to yesterday's email to answer....how can i change back to the other?????
