Report what’s important
I’m interested to know why there has be no reporting or articles posted to yahoo about the Jussie Smollet attack? This is huge news and I don’t understand why it would be avoided here. It’s very disappointing.

Getting help for the little people
I was wondering how it would be to get help for the little people out there. There is so many stories about celebrities and not enough of normal people. Like trying to raise money for a disable army vet about to get a heart transplant.

News feed
It would be a nice if i was able to choose news feed that fits my interest. Like what apple has on their phones where it could tailor to each persons personal preference instead of having all sorts of random news.

Please stop showing the face of the shooter at newtown. He’s horrifying for someone who’s not a parent of a kid who was killed. So imagine.
Please stop showing the face of the shooter at newtown. He’s horrifying for someone who’s not a parent of a kid who was killed, so imagine the pain it must bring to one of them. You get no credit for being a complete *****. Those poor, poor kids, parents and staff.

Hate new Yahoo News format.
I absolutely hate the latest format update to Yahoo news. I only care about 'More for You'. I do not like having to scroll past sports, etc. each time I launch news. Instead, embed links if one wants to view sports or horoscopes.

Reviews
Any article on Trump has thousands more reviews than any other. They are clearly rigged with pro-Trump propoganda. I used to like reading reviews, now I can’t stand the ignorance.

Communication
Surprise birthday parties with presents are fun. Surprise changes to unannounced platforms are not. I can't tell if there is something wrong with my phone, me or if Yahoo is changing things again. Pick something. Stick with it. Stop the incessant "improvements". If changes are going to happen, try to find a way to inform those impacted beforehand. And truly absorb the feedback you are getting.
I have no clue now what is happening to the main homepage as it appears on my cell. The up/down scrolling has shrunk. When I select the topics on the bottom a new set…

How do you filter out a particular subject?
How do you filter out a particular subject. More than half of the suggested articles are about the Royal Wedding. I could care less. I'd like to see real news.

Rating media score
Give media stories a rating number that is placed next to the headline that is like a credit score and reflects the media companies past adherence to facts, opinion, bias, political affiliations and other factors. The reader will then at a glance of the score be Better able to determine how much faith to put into the contents of the story. The higher the score means it’s mostly facts and unbiased opinion.

Headline Scrolling
I used to be able to scroll Yahoo's headlines. Can't do it anymore. Something has changed in recent months, not for the better. The little dots below one of the headlines is still there. These dots used to tell me I was on headline 1 of several. Now the dots are all the same shade of grey and the scrolling feature with a swipe from right to left doesn't work.

Disappearing Articles/No Re-Routing
I sign-in after reading an article, wanting to post a comment. After signing-in, I am not re-routed to where I was. So I wind up going back to Yahoo's main page and the article is gone. Hence, the subject line of no re-routing and disappearing articles.

Closed Captioning on your videos
Why don't most of your videos have Closed Captioning? I know that many of them might come from an outside source, however if they're being chosen for national featuring, shouldn't they be made accessible to ad much kid the population as possible? Now that so many of the stories have videos, I don't come to Yahoo for my news very often. I'm hard of hearing due to a medical issue and reading along makes it much easier to understand. This is an accessibility issue for many thousands of people every day. Please caption the videos prior to posting them.
