Display advertiser id in all advertiser-specific web pages
After selecting a specific advertiser, that advertiser id should be displayed on all following pages.
I can see the id in the webpage address, but it would be better much friendlier to prominently display it in the title section of the webpage content.

External Performance Notifications
Clients would like to be able to receive (email) notifications for the following:
-Performance alerts for CTR, Spend, CPA
Bid and budget automation. Example: if CPA < $xx, raise daily budget until CPA exceeds the threshold set in the UIAlerts for Daily Spend caps and CPA performance would have saved two accounts from being credited recently (client accidentally turned on a campaign, etc)

Include maximum and minimum bid based on bid multiplier set at the campaign or ad group level. Make this available at the ad group level. This will help increase bid multiplier adoption.

Need to filter 'Rejected' keywords
Please allow us to filter keywords by rejected ones also. Current options only include 'active' or 'paused' when there are others as well such as 'on hold' or 'rejected'.
