Your site is great, but...
I wanted to use Yahoo for my primary, but you have too many bad ideas. I'm over contact and e-mail, but for news you're "good enough"... stop with the click and open in some weird pop-up. If I click ANYWHERE it goes back to the news page? Really stupid... please stop that...

Don't bring back comments.
Initially, I was upset when you suspended comments. As time went by, I realized how much time I had been frittering away reading others' comments and posting my own thoughts. Without this distraction, I am now able to zip through your site and move on to other sites that actually know how to manage site navigation so you don't have to start over and scroll past articles you have already read just to get to fresh content. Thanks for providing free time I hadn't realized I was missing.

You are pushing the idea that the verdict has already been found without due process of ALL the facts. I don't know if he is guilty or not. Not for me to decide. It is not for Yahoo to decide either. All this does is start to incite riots if the verdict is not guilty. You should be professional journalists, not amateurs....

Better customer service options.
I have been trying to get into my email on my phone for over a week. The verification codes are being sent to phone numbers I had years ago. The only way I can change this is if I talk to customer service by paying $4.99. Unacceptable!! I mean, there's nlt even an option to send an email which every other company with customer service has. I'm really shocked, like super shocked. At my company I contact multiple vendors on a daily basis and every last one of them from the small (50 employees or less) to the big (500+…

make Yahoo mail load faster
I have to wait eons and eons for my mail to load into my Firefox browser. I can get all other websites immediately, but Yahoo.com/mail is VERY, VERY slow. And sometimes, I get a notice that I've lost my connection to yahoo mail, but all other websites are still working. I get the yahoo calendar with no problem, too. This problem with Yahoo mail needs to be fixed.

Unbiased reporting
Case in point are headlines about Park Cannon who is overstepping his bounds as a legislator. If it were you or I we would still be in jail. The police have rules they follow and Park Cannon is not above those rules. And neither is your news organization Yahoo.

I'm tired of Yahoo Search stealing focus.
On the Yahoo home page, if you accidentally bump a letter key on your keyboard it types in the search box and gives you a bunch of suggestions. If I wanted to type in the search box I would click on it, it's an annoyance to have it stealing focus like that.
