WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    Where is the idea list? How can I search ideas if you you remove the list? What's WRONG with you? Is there a competent person under 30 (40?) in the workforce these days? Or is this even handled by humans at all?

  2. Feature Request: Follow-Up Reminders in Yahoo Mail

    Dear Yahoo Mail Team,

    I’d like to suggest a useful feature that could enhance Yahoo Mail's functionality: follow-up reminders for emails. Gmail has an option that automatically reminds users to follow up on emails they haven't received replies to, helping to ensure important conversations don’t get lost.

    A similar feature in Yahoo Mail would be incredibly beneficial for users who manage busy inboxes and need a prompt to revisit unanswered emails. Having a built-in follow-up reminder would improve email organization and efficiency.

    I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea and whether Yahoo Mail might consider implementing something similar.…

  3. Attachments disappear as soon as someone replies to an email

    Attachments disappear as soon as someone replies to an email. This has been happening since the switch to the new yahoo email. I'm tempted to migrate to Gmail.

  4. Zoom - Meeting Invitations

    The old yahoo would give me the meeting along with the zoom invite in emails. This version is not giving me the date of the meeting to RSVP to with the zoom like like it should!

  5. Calendar Timezones

    I need to be able to change my settings on Time Zones from ETC/ GMT to EST. The drop-down menu does not give me the option to do this. Please fix this and let me know. Thank you.

  8. Bug: The forum may be locked and I can't reply to Yahoo staff

    I have opened at least two feedback issues that have been responded to by Yahoo staff. I have no way to follow up because when I go to each page with the issue there's no way to reply and the comments are hidden. All the issue page shows is the original report. Additionally, as I reported in a separate bug, this uservoice forum does not work anymore and I can't see anyone else's ideas. I think that the forum may be locked. I don't know how you expect me to search for duplicates or reply to existing issues if the…

  9. Request to Restore Missing Emails & Folder Name Issue on Yahoo Mail via Outlook

    Dear Yahoo Mail Support,

    I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account when using it with Outlook. I have created a new folder in Outlook and moved some emails into it. However, when I rename the folder, it automatically reverts to the original name, and the emails inside disappear.

    I have tried checking my Yahoo Mail via the web, but I could not find the emails in the original folder, Trash, or Spam. Could you please help me restore the missing emails and investigate why folder renaming causes data loss?
