Restore Two Changes
You can improve it by undoing two things you just changed.
Why did you move ...More from the upper right where it is always visible to the bottom left where it is not, especially if you have many folders. Settings should be easily visible always.
Why did you put the notices like "Message Selected" (and others) to where they cover the icons I want to use on the selected message(s)?
Is there a good reason why you did this? I await your reply.

Restore earlier version
I have enjoyed using Yahoo Mail for many years, without any problems. Why oh why can Yahoo not just leave things alone ? I rejected a previous "change" as I wanted it to stay as it was. I detest the new screen layout that has been forced upon me, I do not like the new font, I also dislike the swashed up centre panel. As requested by others users, please feel free to rollback this change and restore to the original / earlier version as soon as possible.

Ability to resize view areas
With the new layout there is so much layout padding it leaves almost no space to view my emails! Ability to minimize the right hand column would help a lot - but so would the ability to resize both left and right hand columns. This would be much better than the current collapse/expand of the left hand column, which doesn't work well on Firefox&win11 because the arrow icon takes about half a second to appear

Stop marking automated emails from Indeed as spam
Twice now i've stopped receiving automated emails from Indeed (alerting me to potential jobs) because yahoo has apparently marked them as spam. They never showed up in my spam folder and i never manually marked them as spam, but Indeed claims that my provider (you) must have marked them as spam - so my address got blocked and they stopped sending them. Who know how many opportunities i missed!
Anyway, they've unblocked me - so i will add the addresses to my contact list once i start receiving them again - - - assuming you don't mark them as spam…

Stop automatic scrolling back DOWN to earlier emails
Unbelievably annoying new 'function', which means when you scroll to the top it doesn't stop at the top, it scrolls back down again. I want to be able to see the latest emails and instead i have to crawl incredibly slowly to the top hoping it doesn't scroll me back down. I don't know where the latest email is so quickly scroll up using the mouse wheel only to have the navigation scroll me back down is very very frustrating. Its making me consider moving everything over to Gmail.

Contacts and sending email addresses
The very first contact in my contact list cannot be found by search! Nor can several others. Indexing problem? Also when I click contacts why don't they appear in the send. cc, bcc box?
When I hover over a sender (in read or compose mode) I want to be able to right click copy their address. I often need it for other, legitimate, purposes like creating a website ID or distribution list elsewhere.

Auto Delete
"Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All." - Only 100 messages can be selected at a time, requiring you to repeatedly scroll and select in increments of 100. This process is very time-consuming. It would be more efficient to have an option to automatically delete messages from a specific folder after a set number of days.

When writing an email. You can't format the email for paragraphs, greetings, signoffs, or anything else. It's just one run-on sentence.Sucks
Make the body of emails being sent formattable. The current one run-on sentence looks terrible, unprofessional, and makes a bad impression on the receiver. As is, I won't be using Yahoo Mail for much of anything slightly important. When the email can start looking like you have an education, instead of a four-year-old writing it, I'll return. For now, I'll see what "Gmail" offers.

Why all of a sudden are spam emails going into my regular mail? They are not being marked as spam , why not ? Why do I have to delete spam from my regular mail now? FIX IT

Allow ability AGAIN to select all messages
In the old version, I can select all messages and de-select the ones I don't want to delete. then select delete and it wipes away all the messages I don't want. I like my inbox clean so I did this often. It's important enough for me that I will either go back to the old version or slowed get rid of Yahoo mail.

Spam - Block Domain Option
Hello, great folks at Yahoo! I've been a happy e-mail user with you all for more than twenty years now. Thank you.
Just a quick suggestion to share. Your spam filtering works very well. There is a way to select a message and ask the sender to be blocked.
But I often get messages from the same domain with a different address. So I got to the security settings and block the domain, multiple times every week. It's not such a hard thing to do.
It would be nice, however, if there were a "Block Domain" option in the Spam…

offer possibility of addingcolours to the folders
when creating folders they just appear as names and all the same, ideal to be able to colour them to browse quicker and highlight accorging to them or importance.

Sign in security
Making signing in to apps like Mac Mail as easy as Gmail does. I have been using Yahoo via Mac Mail for years, but today I got kicked out for no apparent reason, and can't get back in.

I do not like the layout of the new yahoo mail interface for desktop
i do not like the attachment preview page opening on a separate tab, it is much better when it opens beside the email that you are previewing. it is so frustrating when I'm doing my paperwork and have to keep switching tabs and adjusting my spreadsheet. please return it or give me a work around
