WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    When I check my email, let me see my mail instead of some stupid "you are offline" notice in the middle. No wonder Google kicks your ***, Google can at least show emails

    I need help, I somehow blocked an email address but it doesn't show up on the list of 499 blocked emails addresses, I never see the emails in my spam and I can't figure out why I am not getting an email from a set of email addresses.. I need help.

    I have this account since 2005 and I spent some tome to access the e-mail, and then, I decided to enter today and I just realize that all my emails were gone! Years of communication, a lot of memory just ereased! I'm completely sad about this situation...

  5. INCORRECT SENDER IDENTITY ASSOCIATED WITH MY YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT

    THE ISSUE STARTED APPERARING RECENTLY. MY YAHOO ACCOUNT NAME AND MAIL SETTINGS ARE CORRECTLY SET TO jeanewan@yahoo.com, recently yahoo began displaying the sender as Salazar V.G. when I send emails. I did not make this change and I cannot correct it trough my account settings. I have already verified my profile name, my mail sender name and confirmed I have no send only email addressed. Please investigate and correct the sender identity associated with my account because this appears to be a yahoo system error. I have contacted Yahoo chat support several times, but they have never resolved my…

  7. go back to my regular looking yahoo!!

    Yahoo email has being always my to go. I´ve being a loyal Yahoo user over Gmail and others. But now I HATE the new layout of the yahoo email, it looks like the other emails carriers. please bring back the old one. we should have the option to go back to the old look. The new one is not appealing nor efficient. Please put an option to go back to the old layout!!!

  9. Problems with Yahoo email.

    I cannot send any emails from my account. I can’t reply to emails and I can’t compose any new emails. Please fix the problem. Otherwise, take my account out of Yahoo mail and restore the Xfinity mail account.

  11. Allow color themes instead of forcing purple

    There is no option to change the color theme. I can only choose light or dark mode and purple is the only color. I have another Yahoo account and that mail area has color sections to choose from. It's not that I don't see the option, I am an experienced user and I know there isn't a blue or red theme available to choose from, only purple.

  12. Right hand column minimization for all users.

    I see that you are making these changes soon..
    *Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
    *Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)
    Please make these available for all users. I CAN NOT STAND that right hand column when I'm on my computer. It inhibits the ability for me to see the full message of an email when its on the right side vs the bottom view. I prefer the right hand view. I will not become a subscriber for this option, I most likely will just start using…

  13. provide ability to flag email as phishing, not just spam

    If I were able to click on a "phishing" button, it could be detected by the Yahoo Mail system to block emails from that sender or at least provide you with the ability to warn others getting the same phishing email.
    Only a suggestion to improve your service.

    Whenever the block and delete option is pressed the selected messages are initially deleted, however the messages are instantly restored and the delete function has to be used separately

    THANK YOU FOR GIVING THE ZOOM IN OPTION FOR THE ATTACHED PDF, BUT AFTER OPENING THE PDF OR ZOOMING IN, WE CANNOT COPY ANY WORD FROM THE ATTACHED VIEWING PDF, TO COPY A WORD, WE NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND THEN OPEN AND THEN COPY A SINGLE WORD. REQUEST YOU TO PLS CHECK.
    OUR WORK IS TO JUST VIEW THE ATTACHED PDF, ZOOM IN, COPY SOME OF THE REQUIRED WORDS BY SELECTING AND PASTE WHERE NECESSARY, WITHOUT DOWNLOADING THE FILE, JUST MAKE THIS ONE.
