Drag spam emails to junk folder
Many unsubscribe emails are not delivered or the link to unsubscribe does not work. Allow users to drag spam emails to spam folder so that all future emails from that sender will automatically go to the spam folder

Sending email
Hi,
I have been using Yahoo mail for many years. I send and receive email using the Thunderbird email client.
When sending email I have tried all the different ways of authenticating my account. Something is wrong with this though. Sometimes my email is sent straight away and sometimes I get an error saying that my password it wrong. But it isn't. Two minutes later I can send with the same password in the same manner.
You really need to fix this.
Also, when I reply to an email from a friend I frequently get the error

Duplicate emails

I am experiencing a problem with duplicate emails in my Yahoo Mail account. The same message is appearing twice in my Inbox with the exact same timestamp. When I checked the raw headers, I confirmed that both copies have the same Message-ID, which indicates the duplication is happening on Yahoo’s servers rather than from the sender or my email client.

Please move your folders back to a drop down menu. It is easier to move emails to folders the old way.

Bulk Delete of Unread Emails
I see in the 3 dots you can filter to choose "unread" emails. It would be nice to have it a set box on the left not just in the 3 dots or in the Inbox - have a category of "unread" in addition to Primary, Offers, Social and Newsletters. Then be able to bulk delete all of the "unread" emails as an option. It would also be nice to have the option for bulk delete in each of the categories not just up to 100 emails at a time. blocking unwanted and @sex@ related emails
Why is there no optional to block these emails on a pc now? I have to do it individual on my phone! Annoying 'Sex@ related emails from 'Hot girls' god knows where they are coming from and they don't stop even when blocked

Please Stop With The Annoying 7 Day Inbox Challenges! (I Can't Get Rid of Them-HELP!)
I accidently joined the 7 Day Yahoo Mail inbox challenge on the account I am logged into currently, and now I can't log out! There is a quick way, but you have to go to the Yahoo Mail prompt on the top left of the screen. Than you have about 10 seconds to log out as the challenge goes away before it loads back again Get rid of this NOW!

Sort trash by Deletion Time
I would like the ability to sort trash by deletion order or most recent delete. The reason sometimes emails get deleted and you don't realize it before the "undo" fades away ... and it's a nightmare trying to find the deleted email

This is about yahoo Calendar, not Yahoo mail. Apparently you recently changed the way Calendar appears. Now it's nearly unreadable. Change it back or I will have to switch to something else. Stop bombarding accounts with Dr. Mulholland lawsuit.
If I don't need to sue Dr. Mulholland, why am I getting about 2 ads for him per 10 messages. I am sick of deleting them. I can handle the other ads that are not perpetually on my feed, but this one borders on harassment! If it keeps happening, I will switch everything over to Google mail. I cannot keep seeing this ad so frequently...I don't care!

subtly highlight currently selected email
right now when viewing the content of an email, if I see all the emails, I have no clue of which is the email I am viewing at, they are all in the same style.

Every day, I have to mark emails from my union, the NTEU as NOT SPAM! Every day, I get phishing emails not from who they claim to be that purport to offer something free, but want me to give information. You spam filters do not work at all.

Glitches in the New Mail
I tried to schedule an email to send later, it didn't work the first time. Had to open it back up and try again.

Make sender e-mail address visable without needing to view the body of an e-mail
To help avoid phishing/scam/malware e-mails, within the Inbox (or any mail folder), please make viewing the sender's e-mail address clearly visible by default, WITHOUT needing to open or view the contents of an e-mail (the same way you can see the sender's name right now).
For example, I might receive an e-mail that says from: "PayPal" with a Subject of: "Thank you for your order of $900". In the body of the e-mail it might say, open the attached invoice file to view your order details. Currently, I must hover over the e-mail with my mouse to see the e-mail…

JS memory leak + Visual feedback
When I keep Yahoo email open in a tab of my Chrome, it keep growing its memory consumption. I ended up in situation where several GB of RAM were occupied by it, and I needed to close that tab in order to prevent the system from trashing.

Fix Classic Outlook client integraton
I'm migrating from comcast to yahoo email. In the classic outlook client, when my email tries to send/receive from the yahoo server, I get a popup box to accept terms and conditions. I click "Accept" but nothing happens and my only choice is to click the "X" to close the popup. When I do that the send/receive fails. It works properly on my iphone, ipad, and in the new outlook client but the new outlook client has other issues and Microsoft recommends using the classic client.
