Tell people how to fix it when Yahoo Mail Mixes Up My Two Email Accounts
I have two separate Yahoo email accounts: one for my personal email and one for my volunteer activities.
Until recently, both accounts worked perfectly on my computers. Within the past week or so, Yahoo began automatically opening my volunteer email account instead of my personal account, even though I’d logged out of the volunteer account and logged into my personal account. And I couldn’t figure out how to access my personal email.
This problem occurred in multiple browsers on both my HP Windows laptop and desktop computer.

Inbox too busy
The new inbox is too busy with the icons next to the sender's name. Give us an option to remove those and just have the words. Also, it's harder to tell what is unread, the bolding isn't enough.
Not everyone wants fancy and images, please restore a more basic inbox.75th ranked -

Placement of the action buttons/icons should be consistent
The placement of the action buttons should be consistent. When one email is being viewed, the mark as unread button and the move button are in that order, but when multiple emails are selected, the move button is before the mark as unread button. These action options should be in the same order regardless of which view one is in.

Disposable addresses: Currently no sort order, options or search
For us long time paid subscribers of Yahoo Mail Plus, I have hundreds of disposable addresses 387 of 500. With new Yahoo Mail you have made managing these disposables even more difficult when you removed the option display name when sending an email, bring it back so it displays with its email address and description. Sort order, there is NONE, Please at least by default sort them by email address A-Z. Later on build in a sort menu to allow us to sort by display name. Very helpful would be a search bar to be used within disposable email addresses.…

Preview pane needs to be larger and font size adjusted
Preview pane needs to be larger and font size adjustments allowed. Right now the advertising pane takes up too much space (area between the preview pane and ad window and edge of screen should be removed. The preview pane does not show the entire email (or it should auto adjust for the screen size). Basic stuff here that should have been addressed before roll out

Bring back compact view immediately! This version is useless!
You took away the most used feature. No one needs half their screen to be blank space. This is the worst version of Yahoo mail in the 30 years I've been using it.

Make it customizable!
Find Navigation bar pretty useless, would like to decide what options are available, and not have to scroll down to see account name(s).. Have to go to "More" to show unread mail. Have to have 4 tabs open to see 4 accounts and if there are messages.
If I don't use Folders or Storage, why can't I delete them from the list.

Change Navigation back to what actually worked.
Why have you made mail navigation such a mess? Can't move mail from Spam into Inbox if I recognize it. Moved the Star to under More and I have to check mark the email to get to it so now it is a three step process- why? Change for the sake of change is NOT PROGRESS or HELPFUL!!!!

Completely unacceptable
The most basic function provided by Yahoo beyond its excellent search engine has been botched Slow, slow, slow, and opening, deleting emails, replying takes forever. Sending links that rarely go through, and no way to preview them. At the very least provide a way to opt back.

Folder search filter
Allow me to search mails by sender/text/attachment AND by folder. I've been using yahoo for both my yahoo and gmail inbox becuase it was better. Now it has worse search, and is more cluttered, worse responsivnes and feels slower and bulkier.

Placement of spam and trash icons
As I scroll through my emails to delete them, the trash icon and the spam icon move to the side, depending on the other icons hiding or showing (reply and forward icons don't always show on every email). So as I'm clicking the trash icon, my cursor is in the same place - as it should be when performing repetitive functions - sometimes the spam icon ends up under my cursor where I assumed the trash icon was. Yahoo mail tab in chrome
The new version of Yahoo mail displays a count of unread messages in the chrome tab. This count seems to include unread messages in Trash. It should only count the number of unread messages in the Inbox.

Fix the space for the multitasking tabs to prevent the entire mailbox from constantly shifting up and down.

I suggest that the multitasking tabs be given the space they need as a permanent section. It is perfectly fine if this space occasionally appears as an empty row within the overall layout; simply increasing the existing space slightly and making it fixed would suffice. This would prevent the entire mailbox constantly shifting up or down whenever multiple emails are opened or closed—it makes for a truly poor user experience.
I have been using Yahoo for a very long time—over twenty years—but this latest update is causing me a lot of trouble; please fix this. Thank you.

Dear Yahoo Support Team,
I have been using Yahoo Mail for many years, and my account was recently switched to the new design.
I am very disappointed with this change and would sincerely appreciate the option to return to the previous Classic Yahoo Mail layout.
The new interface has much larger spacing between emails, making it difficult to view as many messages at once.
Additionally, the calendar now opens in a separate browser tab instead of being integrated into the same window as my emails, which makes it less convenient to use.

You mentioned the "Compact" view or the spacing. We actually have a way to make the space between emails tighter. Are you not seeing these?
One is in the top, right hand side of your Inbox. There's a icon that is essentially the "sorting Icon" and from there you get: Small, Medium and Large. (Screenshot included) and then under your Settings > Appearance you'll see the same.

Links to other yahoo services
You used to have links to other yahoo services at the very top of the email page. The one I used a lot was to Yahoo Finance. Now it's gone. Can you bring these links back?

Anyway, I do not see the compact option shown in the screenshots, either in the filter dialog, nor in the settings.. I tried both in Firefox and Edge.

Bring Bac Move in E-mail
Please give us back the "Move" function on the email screen. The new drag-and-drop method takes me much longer. It was simple to just select " Move " from inside an email and then select the folder. I don't like the new method at all. Now, you have to exit the email, find the folder I want to move it to, then find the email again, then drag and drop it. I don't like this at all. Keep this method for those who have all day to deal with email, but restore the button for those of us who have…
