WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    I can't clean out some mistaken imported Phone number contacts that came over when I used the Yahoo app on my cell.
    I am UNABLE to do a MASS edit on my Contacts book. That's the first problem. I have to clean out everything I don't need in my Email list. The second problem is - As I am deleting one at a time out of my contacts- It STOPS working. It will let me delete around 10 then Says Can't Delete. And I have to reset the whole app to get a chance to delete a contact. This is…

  5. Expanded folder area larger

    I have sub categories in folders. When I click folders I get a small list that I can scroll. There is a lot of white space below. I believe the old email would allow me to use this complete area. That was much better.

  7. Unable to delete 2900000 + items from my account

    I have been trying for months to tidy up my account and every time I try to it will say something like 290000 (or similar) items deleted... when I look back nothing has changed. Before you start trying to reduce the amount of starage, you need to fix this.

    Love the new appearance, but the font is too large. If there's not a way to reduce font size, it'd be a great addition (for me)

  12. Comcast.net assured me my email could be kept.

    To forward the email that is no longer comcast.net you are trying to charge a monthly fee. Won't work.
    Shove it where the sun don't shine. Changed all my accounts and no longer need it.
    I thought Comcast was greedy and disingenuous but Yahoo takes it to a new level. No wonder the platform failed in the 2016.
    I had no idea Yahoo was still around. Not just ads but Monthly fees too? Up yours.You too Verison and Comcast.
    I see now Comcast/xfinity is now giving 5 year prices to get customers that they lost by lying about pricing. LOL

  13. please restore pension slips of IDBI bank stored in archieve folder which were deleted today

    Please do not send any message from IDBI BANK & ANGEL Broking to spam folder I am a client of both the entities Treat all messages from these as genuine. Please restore all messages of my pension slips of IDBI BANK stored in Archieve folder which were deleted today wrongly.

  14. I need to be able to view the raw message

    RAW Message Data View - I need it!
    How can I see why a message was marked SPAM if I can't see the raw message data? You took away the ... at the bottom of each message that offered that option.
    Switching back for now. Keep trying.

  15. OTP not receiving

    I have an account on NPS NSDL website and its linked with my yahoo email id, i tried many times but the OTP is not receiving, not even the OTP receiving in any other folder also like spam and etc. Please fix the said matter.

  17. Unable to save changes made to the inbox or any folder for that matter.

    No changes are saved. Also the refresh takes infinite time to complete. This does not really help
