Unfortunately, you cannot revert back. We are only making the new one better. We know change is frustrating and hard but we really hope you'll give the new layout a fair chance.


WHAT'S NEW:
Calendar - We moved it from under "More" on the right hand side to it's own icon. Still on the right hand side, but it's now the first icon next to Starred and Contacts.

TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

    Why do we have to stuck with light and dark modes. I really liked being able to have different theme colours as part of my inbox.

  7. New interface sucks. Allows to use old interface.

    The new interface is horrible. It is hard to find anything. It is heavy, it shows just very little portions of the emails. It is not easy to find any basic function.

  8. How about a recourse for dissatisfied customers?

    This new yahoo is nothing short of a massacre by existentialist ideologues,,, you have not IMPROVED ANYTHING , you have merely superimposed you new fangled ideas and left no way for customer recourse. Disgusting ! After nearly 50 years I may think of relocating my attentions elsewhere!

    It's too colorful and busy. I want the old version back. This one hurts my brain. Please bring the old one back. I might have to switch from Yahoo to something else. I hate this new version. I hate that it's broken up into categories.

    Your new look is terrible! I hate it. Perhaps I will just abandon my yahoo account for a google account. the pop ups are so distracting and unneeded.

  16. Revert to the Classic Yahoo Mail Look.

    This new look for Yahoo Mail is terrible. It looks ugly, there's no customization, and frankly it makes me want to use a different email provider.
    Pure slop.

    Everything is too rounded. The colors look horrible.
    Why change it if the old one worked just fine?

    Revert back to that, it was vastly superior. Seriously, this is an unneeded change.

  18. New Yahoo! Mail is TERRIBLE!

    I've been with Yahoo! since the 1990s!

    There is WAY too much wasted space around the text. At my current viewing size (100% on a HUGE monitor), I only see 6-7 e-mails in the inbox pane, and then with the GIANT TEXT SUBJECT (which is a HUGE waste of space, surrounded by plenty of empty blank space) there is only room for two or three lines of the e-mail text. I like working in this windowed view for speed and efficiency, but this new layout has so much wasted space it makes this mode impractical to use. GO BACK TO…

  20. Bring back search individual folder!!

    I have lots of messages in folders so when I want to search for a message in a particular folder, it now brings up the messages in ALL the folders. And now the search function doesn't even show what folder a message is actually in! Makes search absolutely worthless! Some things should NEVER be discontinued. And that is one that definitely should be brought back. Thanks.
