Fix Luka Doncic’s positional eligibility yahoo. He is a power forward/ small forward/ forward not a pg. Dennis Smith Jr is their pg.
Please fix Luka Doncic’s positional eligibility yahoo. He is the Dallas small forward/ power forward. He is not their point guard- Dennis Smith Jr is. Thank you!

I agree that Luka should be SG/SF eligible. Today Luka started next to Jalen Brunson and Delon Wright. At 6'7 compared to Brunson (6'3) and Wright (6'5), Luka is clearly the SF in this starting lineup.
In game 1 of the season, Luka started next to Delon Wright (G) and Courtney Lee (an SG even though he's a GF on Yahoo), and in game 2 Luka started next to Brunson (PG) and Lee (SG). Further to this, there would be decent parts of these games where Luka is playing next to two smaller PG/SG type guards and would be the nominal SF - especially on defense. Luka is also listed as a starting SF on ESPN box scores.
I would be grateful if you could please reconsider his eligibility.

This needs to be updated. Luka at PG alone while Delon Wrights of the world at least got a PG/SG designation. Luka should be eligible for mi i.al 2 positions and possibly. I admit 4 is a reach but 2 - 3 positions is definitely reasonable for him.

He's just listed as PG this upcoming season. Should be back to last year's which was PG/SG/SF pls

Luca plays point all the time and will ball handle when Dennis Smith JR is out.

he aint a power forward no matter what u say,no matter on which spot he starts..
He is a ******* TRUE MAGIC BEST BALL-HANDLING PG and u have to accept it.The fact that he's tall enough to start on 'pf' doesnt mean he's a pf. Or is Justice Winslow a PG cause sometimes he starts on PG when Dragic is out ? get yo **** together lmao,pg sg and sf is more than enough for this guy. -

It's not laughable at all. He's listed primarily at PF and has played all his games there. The only thing that is laughable is the fact people are mad he'll get four position eligibility. And no, Barnes plays the 3 and the 4, but primarily the 3 like he always has. Doncic has played enough at PF to warrant having it.

This is laughable. He already has PG/SG/SF, and now y'all want a rookie that has played 8 games to have 4 position eligibility?! Nobody has ever had 4 position eligibility. An argument can be made that he plays mins at PF, but they can't take away positions, so they won't give him a 4th because he plays a handful of minutes at PF.
BTW, hate to break it to you guys, but Harrison Barnes is Dallas' starting PF

So if he starts at power forward he isn't a power forward?
Interesting observation, genius.

If he starts PF he should have PF eligibility, bro, this isn't rocket surgery.

Agreed wholeheartedly. Every game this preseason, Luka has been the starting Power Forward. He should honestly have all 4 positions of PG through PF

Dallas played their first game last night. Dennis Smith Jr was the starting point guard, and Luka Doncic was their starting power forward. Yahoo still ( incorrectly ) lists Doncic as only a point guard.
