Playoffs - Odd number of teams

This playoff format would allow for an odd number of teams in the playoffs. Currently, this is not an option for playoff formats.

    I came to this forum to suggest the ability to create just a Week 16 2-team playoff, because I am the commissioner of a 6-team league. Forcing 4 teams to make the playoffs is too much.

    A customizable playoff format would accomplish it.

    For all fantasy sports, please allow for two week long playoff round matchups. So the same two team go head to head for two weeks to determine who advances to the next round of the playoffs instead of one week per round.

    As of now, there are only playoff options for 6 teams or 8 teams to make it to the playoffs. Can we please have the option to have 7 playoff teams? 1st seed is the only team that gets a bye. 2nd vs. 7th, 3rd vs. 6th, 4th vs. 5th. The second and third weeks of the playoffs would proceed as usual. This gives a realistic playoff breakdown for a 14-team league.

    The option to have two-week games for ALL playoff match ups would be ideal. ESPN has had this for ages.

    No option for two-week playoff rounds is laughable. I've been waiting and expecting this basic feature for years. Instead we're left settling a season's worth of work and big cash prizes on what's essentially a coin flip.

    Nobody updates anything for Yahoo's fantasy football, it's a shame. Look at the "What's New!" list -- absolutely nothing that would take more than 5 minutes to implement.

    "We got rid of O-ranking"... what? Who cares? That's what you spent your time updating?

    Yahoo has an awesome interface, and that's about it. If sites like myfantasyleague could get an interface like Yahoo's interface, nobody would use Yahoo ever again. I hate to say this, but man, they put absolutely ZERO time into updating their platform. Very sad.

    They really need to add this to 8 team playoffs. In bigger leagues you can't only have 6 teams make the playoffs and the consolation bracket is a great way to ensure teams don't tank when they are eliminated because they never are eliminated until the playoffs with a proper incentive set up by the commissioner.

    Why did this option go away? We are going from a 12 to 10 teams so we needed to adjust our playoff teams from 6 to 4. I would like the option to have the first round to be a two weeks and one week for the championship.. PLEASE make this available. We drafted last night so hopefully we are able to change it if we start the league.

    Yeah I don't understand why it was available last year and is now gone. Just offer same options as last year. COME ON.

    Last year this option was available but this year it curiously is missing. We have a ten-team league and want a 13-week reg season, with four teams making the playoffs for the semis in week 14, and then a two-week championship in weeks 15 and 16. Please bring it back!

    This feature needs to be implemented. I want to be able to create custom playoff options with consolation brackets. I may have to switch which fantasy app we use if this is not addressed.

    Custom tie-breaking options is exactly what my league needs.

    In a 10-12 team league, we need the ability to customize the playoff matchups. CBS has this ability, go check it out. If we had a Custom' option where the commish sets all the playoff matchups then if other leagues still want to use the default settings then they can.
    This is a HUGE issue for our league.
