Rosters/Lineups - Roster limits for positions.
This feature would allow commissioners to set the maximum and minimum number of players a team can roster at each position at a given time. For example, teams can have a maximum of 3 QBs on their roster or a team can have a minimum of 1 kicker. Currently there is no way to set the maximum or minimum number of players a team can roster at each position.

So, that team is guaranteed to lose the season.
But, did you draft a QB?
If you didn't, then you also deserve to lose the season. -
James Goode commented
I've been in leagues which have three starting QBs each week.
Having a two QB limit would be stupid. It would wreck the league. -
James Goode commented
So, what's the problem?
Just draft a good QB early in the draft.
Then, you have no reason to worry about it. -

the #3 ranked feedback/suggestion is the same as this one... with 140 comments begging for Yahoo to allow private leagues to set their own position limits. A lot of people want this and every other fantasy site provides the option except for stoopid Yahoo. Here is the link, so go cast your vote and add your comments to that item instead of this. https://yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/206158-fantasy-football/suggestions/5990725-please-incorporate-the-max-roster-positions-i-ha

agree with the July 21 post below. And the July 14 post is irrelevant. Just because Yahoo has its head up its **** in fantasy baseball and hockey doesn't justify the stupidity of not allowing private leagues to set position limits in football.

George, public league, no commish.

Every other service I've ever used has this. It makes life so much easier for the Commish. We have roster limits in our constitution, and it would be nice to not have to monitor every team every week to make sure they haven't violated the roster rules.

Actually, that is not cheating. That is just being stupid.

They pretty much filled their roster with all QB's. Yahoo should be able to lock their team and release all of their players, especially if they aren't going to be active.

No drama. Yahoo Sports has a loophole in their Fantasy Football League that scammers are exploiting. It only crushes the dreams of honest managers who think they are in a legit Fantasy Football League. Some of them are young innocent kids. Now it's up to Yahoo Sports to step up and fix the problem if they want to.

Getting back this scam. It is more common on a mobile device. That's when you can join the draft and see who is drafting with you. If all the scammers jump into the draft at the same time during the "Live Draft Lobby" on a laptop they will be in there too. It's all about communication and timing.

Now when I do a Mock Draft on my mobile device I am getting a "League Rules are loading" before the draft. This is the first time I have seen this. I hope they are taking action. Yahoo is getting numerous complaints about this scam. They need to assign drafters randomly and hide who is drafting with them.

It is happening and they have confessed to me. You can join the "Live Draft Lobby" and you will see "Draft now...drafting in 5 minutes." The scammers join the lobby and jump into the draft. They can see if they are in the same draft. If not, they leave the league and try again. You can also do mock drafts with your friends in the same mock draft. The scammers are taking advantage of this.

One hole in your argument, for public leagues, Yahoo! assigns players randomly to the league. They have some basic edits in place to prevent players from teaming up as you describe.
