Make it easier or even possible to quit Fantasy Football

I just want to quit Fantasy Football completely. Why is it so hard to figure out how to do that? I can't do it! :(

If you've joined a fantasy team, you can delete your team from the league as long as it is done by the league's deadline. Info on that can be found at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN6192.html.
