Waivers for players on an NFL team with bye
For waivers set to Gameday - Tuesday, players on an NFL team with a bye that week should remain free agents (not yet converting to waivers) until the next "league day" after Monday Night Football [MNF] (i.e.: Monday late night/early Tuesday morning). Or, short of that, they should remain free agents (not yet converting to waivers) until the last MNF game officially ends. For all other games that week, aside from MNF games, managers can watch the games and make pickups for players that have not yet played, but that is not possible for any players you might want to drop from your team that are playing MNF for a player on the bye.
