  2. personalise the homepage

    On the homepage, I don't care about the 'Trending now' or most of the stuff on the right bar, but I do like seeing the news in a card view - please allow users the option to change elements on the homepage

    I cannot access my email account. Instructions on helpline are in form of recorded message which is spoken too fast to understand, so please re-record more slowly so an OAP can understand

  15. Who is the idiot that does the links to your main stories ?

    recently whom ever is responsible for setting the links to your lead stories either, cannot read or has the typing skills of a 1 year old, because I am getting fed up with the stupid message "Hmmm... the page that you're looking for isn't here. Try searching above." why would I try searching something you cant link or for that matter find ?

    Yhaoo - non-stop crashing all **** day and it is getting to be a pain in the backside - Yahoo - please read what people write and do something NOW. The colour is still awful - don't you lot understand that the old colour and layout was far better than the current dismal, pathetic layout ?
