    i've tried this on both my mac and ipad and all adverts that have 'MaxLOL Sponsored' underneath link to something about viagra with explicit pornographic images

  2. Customer service response

    I have requested support 3 times now for an email account that has disappeared and is now saying it is unrecognised. ‘Jordan’ from customer services had emailed exactly the same response each time without even reading my problem. It is clearly an automated response directing me to help pages which I have already checked and are no help. I am now left without important emails and am getting no help from customer services whatsoever.

    Please can somebody explain how my email can be retrieved?

  4. About login / language / country

    I want English Yahoo but always get automatically redirected to the Belgian one (in French, must be Dutch) but I want all in English!!! I signed up on com with @yahoo.com address to get everything in English! NOT THE BELGIAN!!!

  5. Any Chance or restoring the old parlour games, I.e. pool, back gammon, euchre etc.

    I was wondering if yahoo had any thoughts since the bringing in of a new ceo, many old yahoo uses left in 2013 when the old games rooms closed down. I wondered if there was any ideas of restoring them or selling off those games to other websites. Thanks

  6. Get the 'Contact Us' option working

    I have a problem with missing emails. FAQs don't have enough options, and the 'Contact Us' option doesn't work. Is it really beyond the realms of possibility to be able to send an email to Yahoo to ask for help?

  8. Teach your customer services a bit of manners and knowledge on how to do their "job"

    I haven't been able to access my account and I have never spoken to such an unhelpful team in my entire life.
    your customer service team is a joke.
    I've then had to go an create a new account to submit this because no one would help me. Both me and my partner are disgusted at the poor quality treatment we have received today

    Sponsored news is not news. This is fake news at its worst and most disgusting. Typical of Facebook but now Yahoo. You guys have suck to the lowest point possible. Using Madeline McCann in a rancid click-bait ad is the worst thing I've seen on the internet ever. Shame on you Yahoo. pull yourselves out of the gutter.

  14. As you are supposed to be security conscious you could make it easier to report Phishing e-mails.

    I have just spent an age looking around your website for somewhere to report a phishing e-mail and have given up.

    Put a button on your home page to click on to contact your security team.
