The new Yahoo! is rubbish...
Turn your system back. 20 years of using the same platform for news, finance, and weather is no more. With the just launched rollout and move away from My Yahoo!, i am forced to search through pages of **** to find bits and pieces of what used to be on a single page! I'm here until I can find something resembling My Yahoo!

One Stop Shop
I hope as you are building your new Yahoo that you will provide an option to see the things I want to see in one place like MyYahoo. I don't want to have to go to multiple tabs or down various rabbit holes to find what I'm looking for.

Update to My Yahoo
I see I'm not the only one who doesn't like the changes you've made to My Yahoo. I can no longer see the links I'd set up via RSS feeds on my homepage to favourite web sites. Please can you reinstate My Yahoo to its' previous state, the changes you've made are regressive & have your product inferior.

Add the options you removed.
You gave me a site that (mostly) worked, and gave me what I wanted.
Now you have taken that away and forced a site on me that gives me none of the things I wanted and all of the things I have no interest in.
Please add in options for me to craft the new site into something more useful and pleasant to look at.57th ranked -

replace my deleted emails
Yahoo mail has deleted all my emails from the deleted box and removed emails synced in my outlook account. The only way I can get these back is by paying a monthly fee which is a rip off and I will be moving my email contacts to a better provider like Microsoft

Try respecting your customers
I did not access this account for 12 months, however there were messages and contacts I wished to retain in my account. I have logged in now and everything has been deleted. You have a both a recovery email and a phone number for me - why was there no attempt to contact me before taking such drastic action to my account. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy.

Cannot access account
Trying to access a Yahoo account which I have had for over 24 yrs but Yahoo says We can't sign you in right now
To prevent unauthorized account access, sign-in attempts are being blocked for now. Try again in 15 minutes with this device and browser.
it is not that long ago since I last used it so it has not been deleted or has not expired.
This also happened when I tried to sign in last week68th ranked -

Improve your system so that I can expunge a totally incorrect current device
You have this morning notified me of a spurious attempt to access my account from Pinelands, Western Cape, South Africa (a place that I have never even visited). I have, as a result, now changed my password twice in order to safeguard access to my e-mail account.
I consequently wish to delete all reference to this totally misleading current device from my current sign-ins, but your system cannot obviously let me do so. Surely this is a major flaw that should be easily rectifiable in just one or two clicks ?
For the record, 99% of my e-mail sign-ins should…

Block spammers or at least give me the power to do so - as I could do formerly.
Since you removed the blocking facility I've been bombarded with emails advertising products and services which I've never requested information about and have never had any previous communication with the companies doing it. In my opinion it's opened up a pathway for spammers, crooks and grifters to have access to my email account. I would simply ask you to note that I am a vulnerable individual after suffering a stroke on 8 February 2022.

Negative feedback - Impossible to identify folders in mobile app
I'm disappointed to discover that the only way I can identify what folder an email is in is by accessing Yahoo! on a desktop/laptop. Even the webmail site in a mobile browser doesn't now show this information.
Instead of quickly filing new emails in the same folder as previous emails from the same sender, my Inbox is now clogged-up with messages I can't move until I can access a desktop/laptop.
Removing this feature was a backward step for which I can see no possible reason.731st ranked -
Customisable home page
I just signed back into Yahoo! after years away. The last time I used it, my home page was customisable by selecting widgets. This is the feature for which I just signed back in, but I see no sign of this capability now - your default home page is just a mess of visual noise. I have no incentive to use Yahoo! now.
