Well, well, well......here we go again, another so-called NEW My Yahoo. First off, I had to sign in to my account (red flag number one). When I did, what greeted my eyes but a cluttered mess, definitely not the Yahoo site I used yesterday (red flag number two). Might I mention that I despise the need for verification on the mobile app......if I wanted to look at my email on the mobile app, I would have done so in the first place. You want to make My Yahoo better? LEAVE IT ALONE!

This is about signing into my Yahoo account. I am a long time user. I want to keep using Yahoo, but it is difficult now. Code via text.

Yahoo is harassing me and attemoting to make me pay for help under the pretense of security
I am traveling. Yahoo keeps forcing me to create new passwords under the pretense of security. But it is simply Yahoo's utter incompetence. Likely in the interest of their further (paid) "help" scam.
I need not change my password constantly because I used a different VPN server. Or because I traveled internationally. This is a NEEDLESS pain **********. And Yahoo needs to use their brains and think before they subject me, or anyone else, to anything like this. Especially under the pretense of security/help. Because it is harassment and the opposite of both security/help.

No way to comment now
For the last year I have not been able to post a comment on news articles and thee is no way to find out why. I submitted a complaint about a bully who posted on a comment I made and this has been the result. Great going Yahoo.

My Phone Broke
My phone that has the authenticator broke. So now I can't access Yahoo on any other PC or phone since it's requesting I enter the 2FA code. Yahoo won't help me too since I'm outside US and can't contact their support. What a great company. 20+ years of activity gone just because I can't use my 2FA. What's the use of a recovery email if it DOESN'T help me recover my main account.

My.yahoo TODAY news is not showing headline "snippets" anymore!!!!!
The "TODAY" section added in my.yahoo is no longer showing all the news headline descriptions of the article topic under the headline. Some are showing and most are not!! I really hate it when changes are made and my feed is not how I am used to it being!! I am going to cancel my account if this cannot be fixed. I have deleted the "TODAY" section and re-added it - didn't work, cleared my browser cache - didn't work, deleted cookies - didn't work!! Why aren't changes being made to enhance pages and instead they aren't working as usual????…
