Paid subscriptions are being sent to the SPAM folder, even when I mark them as NOT SPAM. I would rather Yahoo! allow the user to decide what is SPAM and what isn't and follow that instruction without interference.

I was talking to a representative sounded Indian he did not give his name either. He was supposed to help recover my account. After I told him I didn't have my physical ID he hund up on me while I was still talking. I was telling him to please wait I have one more question, but h still hung up. Why does my home page go away every couple of weeks requiring me to sign in again. This is a pain in the you know where.

Portfolio 2.0 stinks. Why change what worked to something that does not even appear any longer. Pretty annoying.
Stop F-ing with Portfolio. The new version stinks and does not appear on the Yahoo start page. Really wish I did not click the Update Now option. It was the only reason I even use Yahoo any more and now it is broken. Do you idiots even beta test your "updates"?

ad trickery
Yahoo mail, free version. A sponsored ad appears on the top of my Yahoo mail in the same format as other emails in my inbox. When navigating up towards the first personal email in my list the sponsored ad moves/jumps down on spot and I end up clicking on the unwanted sponsored ad. This is ANNOYING.

I upgraded to Portfolio 2.0. Bad Mistake!! Now my portfolios do not appear on My Yahoo homepage. My Yahoo has been my home page for a decade. I have now swicthed to start.me because I can't see my portfolios. How can I revert to the old portfolios?
