When My Yahoo Format Is Gone, So Am I
HATE the new yahoo format!!!!!! I have My Yahoo set up how I want it for the news I want to see. I use it every morning and throughout the day and will miss it a lot. Your new format SUCKS. I will no longer have any reason to log on to Yahoo.com after My Yahoo is gone. I will just eliminate my account.

Lost account because of Yahoo incompetence
OK Yahoo. Now I have lost another account and want to know why. I only used it a few weeks ago and even changed the password on it. I have friends accounts on there that i have known since 2001.
Why can I not access the account? It would be helpful if feedback was read and responded to instead of being completely ignored. I have lost contact with many friends and do not have any backup of their addresses.

Don't force your customers to accept the new Yahoo mail format!!
I Want to share this feedback to Yahoo, regarding the New Yahoo mail look and features:
1st - The font or print layout style looks cheap and gives a low quality impresion appearances right away, the way it has been presented by Yahoo.
2nd - It's not appreciated that Yahoo is not offering all customers no matter what kind of account the Yahoo customer has or is using regardless of the account, to be able to be given the option to decide whether they like the new look or features of the New Yahoo format or to go back or…

I hate the new changes, and unfair I cant change it back
I cant stand the new layout. It makes me want to cancel yahoo services, and just go to google. Which I think I will. I dont like I cant change the layout, and I think before you change how the layout is maybe you should first see if that is what I want to do. This is my email account. I have tried to navigate through the new layout and I don't like it at all.

Cannot access some of my accounts
This is about the sixth time I have asked for help with logging in to my accounts. NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE from Yahoo. What is the point of feedback when it just ignored? I need access to some of my accounts which I have used in the last couple of months. One account has important contacts who I have know for over 26 years and one account has to do with providing details so that I can get my pension payments resumed. I need 50 GB yahoo mail storage only, lot of clients only needed that and i am happy to pay annual fee not monthly fee.

I’m having trouble receiving emails from my Disney or ESPN account and I have tried everything that was mentioned by your site but can’t get anybody to help me. It is very hard to get someone live to help you. Which is very frustrating. It makes me not want to use this account.

COME ON YAHOO. SORT THIS OUT.
I have posted many comments/requests regarding access to my Yahoo accounts and not had one single reply.
What is the point of feedback when it is ignored?
I cannot access 5 other accounts which I have had for over 26 years and which have important contacts and documents in them. Those accounts HAVE been accessed this year and some in the last two months. I have already lost access to a few non Yahoo accounts because I cannot provide information related to password change and security options.

Give me back the original yahoo view, this new one is GARBAGE
The new Yahoo view is absolute trash. I want the original view back. It was easier on the eyes, simple, elegant, and more user-friendly.

allow you to return to the last email you were viewing after a search.
you do not have a specific setting for search results that would allow you to return to the last email you were viewing after a search. I have to scroll down pages after pages to get back to the email that I left off. I was able to do this using your old version. I need this ASAP or I want the old version back.

multiple emails
PLEASE revert back to the classic style that listed all emails at the top left. This gives an "at a glance" ability to see a count of new emails in these accounts. Its now way at the bottom and only shows one account at a glance.
I also hate the starred emails to the right. I liked the classic option. I do NOT want yahoo to decide starred options is what i want to see. Many of my starred items are in folders for future ease-like receipts etc.
