Regarding hometown news
My local news is inundated with news from Columbus, Ohio. I don't live there so why? Yes Columbus, GA is close but in no way has same zip codes

Propaganda & lies shouldn't be the default headlines.
Why is Fox "news" the default main headlines when I open Yahoo? Fox is a tabloid at best and shouldn't be given equal space with legitimate journalism. 2 emails other than this one should be good to verify a 20 year old account that is used daily.
Some people do not have a landline phone, many of them using several VOIP to have a phone number. Some older ones only receive calls from doctors offices (1-2%), robot sales calls (70-80%) and rest of them are from con artists. For that a cell phone account is not justified. Please accept a VOIP account, that is better than a throw away cell phone.

language that is not appropriate in stories
Several stories on yahoo use cursing that is not censored in the story. Some of them have words that are not common and stupid. I don't use bad language or big words and neither should yahoo.
