  1. disposable email color coding

    it used to be possible to set up disposable emails, so that when they were delivered to the inbox I could specify a unique color. Please bring back this disposable email feature. Thank you

  2. sync all folders in email so we can access all emails

    on my mobile app I've created other folders to sort my mail but if i use a browser on my laptop i can't access them at all

    Hi there. Please make sure the folders you created on non-Yahoo email apps are also saved on the server, not locally in the app. I would recommend reviewing the app's settings or contact the app's support. 

  3. I want and easier way to navigate to App Passwords

    I would like to be able to generate an App Password from the Setting interface in yahoo. Right now, the only way I can navigate to the App Password page is to search the help files and find the link.

  5. Unable to send mail to smtp.mail.yahoo.com

    sending mail from a camera fails using smtp.mail.yahoo.com plus full username and passwd, TLS, Port 465??

    Hi there. The option to change your font when composing emails in the Yahoo Mail app is not available at the moment. I recommend sending your Yahoo Mail feedback regarding your ideas by tapping on your profile icon then on ''Give feedback''. 

  10. Stop asking me to Secure my account

    I have had my account over 20 years and almost always check my email daily. In the last 3 months I have had to change my password three times. I don't care to change the password AGAIN because you guys fail to keep our information secure. Passwords don't have to be strong, if you guys do your jobs right. They are just emails. If I have to change my password again, I will be closing my account for good. Twenty years be damned!!!!!

    I just imported the U.S Holidays to my Yahoo calendar, but the newest holiday on 20 June (Juneteenth) is not part of your database, why? It is a Federal Holiday.

  12. My account has been deactivated without notice & I cannot contact Yahoo ??

    My account *@yahoo.co.uk has been deactivated without any notice. All emails were being forwarded from this a/c to *@yahoo.co.uk & it was in use and should not have been deactivated? On top of this, I dont know how to contact Yahoo support by email as its not available on the net? please contact me by email.

    If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated. An account to stay active, it should be accessed through the webmail (mail.yahoo.com) and Yahoo app as well. More info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2018.html You will not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address, however, you can always sign up for a new Yahoo account at mail.yahoo.com. I'm sorry this is not the response you hoped for!

  15. Block email/domain limit more than 1000 as phising/spam senders increase

    Email recieved more than 1000 senders with spam/phising emails and with the increase in domain/account creations for spam and phising emails to come from, 1000 limit either needs to be increased or removed and replaced with unlimited number to block.

    The Print icon is along the top of each open message in Yahoo Mail, under the "More" section (the 3 dots). You can also press the "P" key to print an email quickly.

  17. Add customer care phone number and mail on Help Page

    My mail was hacked and Sign in helpers chat support is not working in India. Please add the mail and phone number to your help and support page so that it is visible to everyone. I had to google around to find the mail of a grievance officer.

  18. Bring back allowing us to use the "keep me signed in" feature.

    I have always used the keep me signed in button, not just on yahoo, but all my apps the have the feature. Suddenly, I log in and it doesn't work anymore. Why? Do you honestly think taking that feature away improves security. Your millions of users aren't stupid, they know how to secure their computers, this is kina of an insult. PLEASE, bring it back. I notice of all the comments and complaints on this site, nothing has been changed/implemented. Shame on you!
