  2. Fix the sign-in.

    I have to change my password every time I sign in and then it gives an error message "it can't download" the email. I have to refresh the page every time and then sign out and back in. What in the world is going on with Bellsouth and Yahoo!

    We'd love to offer free phone support to everyone, however, free phone support is an expensive service to maintain for a free service. Most free email providers do not have any option for phone support. We care about our users, and wanted to be able to have phone support for those who want the live agent experience, and have worked hard to put together a plan that has value for everyone in order to achieve that.

    한 달 전쯤(?)과는 달리 노령(77세)의 한국인으로서 로그인의 제한(시간제한, 로봇트, 한 시간 기다려 열린 화면도 메일을 볼 수 없다는 팝업 등)이 있어서 제한시간을 지난 로그인을 하면 그 때 뿐 또 다시 상기 에러가 나옵니다.
    정말 오래동안 사용한 사람으로 너무 고충, 불쾌합니다.

    마치 업그레이드로 유도하는 상술인지는 모르지만 이 불편을 귀사에서 해결하여 주세요.

  7. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, cannot send emails to my Yahoo email.

    My church’s emailing system, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, cannot send emails to my Yahoo email. This is quite a problem as my ecclesiastical communications come from that source. The church’s Global Services Department (GSD) confirmed that Yahoo is blocking their messaging system. GSD says their tech team is trying to work with Yahoo, but that Yahoo's not budging. This is unprofessional, subjectivity, and juvenile of Yahoo. Please promptly UNBLOCK their domain., it’s critical that this be fixed.

    I am trying to log on using the Yahoo app on my phone and it shows me the terms and conditions in Italian rather than English. Evidently when I was in Italy it recognized that I was there and gave the Terms and Conditions in Italian, but now that I am back, it won't recognize that I am in the U.S. and give the terms and Conditions in English. I also receive my customer care emails from Yahoo in Italian, everything else is in English. After a lot of time on the phone with customer service, they tell me that…

  11. Remove mailbox from mailbox list without erasing contents of mailbox

    I added two other mailboxes (both Yahoo) to my original Yahoo mailbox, so there are 3 mailboxes in the list. This was convenient for my family for a while, because one person could logon and see all three inboxes easily. However, circumstances have changed, I want to remove or disconnect one of those mailboxes from the view. I see an option to remove a mailbox, but the warning next to it concerns me. It says that it will permanently remove all messages and data.. Does that mean that emails in the disconnected mailbox will be erased? I have had one…

    If I enter my known password (let's call it "password A" - which I have written down, contrary to wed security advice), and yahoo says "wrong password", then forces me to change it (to "password B") because supposedly I can't remember password A), then how is it that when I go to switch my new password (password B) to my preferred password (password A), yahoo says I can't use it because it was recently used?   13. Point out on the website when yahoo has problems e.g mail connections..

    Last week it was impossible to reach emails in our part of Sweden and I was very close to change to another mailaddress. Why not point out on the website when yahoo mail has connection problems, serverproblems etc.to avoid cutomers to work hard to find sollutions on their own hard- and software....

    Most ads - Click the X or Options icon to remove that specific ad and provide feedback.

    The right-side ad - Click Stop seeing this ad to temporarily hide the ad.
