Go back to the old email. Best improvement you can make....
Why do I have to go through a two step process just to delete my spam messages??? I just want to delete the **** spams, I don't need to double check to make sure I'm not deleting anything important.
Just select "all," and click delete. Done. Oh yeah, I also DON'T need to separate my emails by Sunday, Saturday or previous Thursday inbounds. I can read the dates...
Just give me back the old emails, and quit trying to "improve" it...

Allow access to emails and attachments that are older than 6 weeks.
Every email I have older than 6 weeks just says "We're unable to load this message. Retry". Attachments are showing up in searches but aren't able to be previewed, forwarded, or downloaded.
Aside from fixing this issue, another major improvement would be for the help and support pages to not just be circular links with no answers to anything. Maybe even a support email.102nd ranked -
Remembering Recently Filed
In the mobile version, it remembers the last 3 folders I used. i would really like to see that functionality copied over to the web-based version.

option to remove search history and top contacts
I would really like an option to remove search history and top contacts from the search bar. I can remove the search history through some horrible one by one process, but when I reload the page they simply are there again. The top contacts can't be removed or edited at all. I think this is a privacy. Please let me permanently remove these entries.

Recipients
When sending an email the address goes after "To". Now all the sudden after I enter the email address in "To", "to" changes to the word "recipient". Is this just to confuse us or is there some actual reasoning behind it?

The new inbox tabs desperately need a count of new messages on them
With the new Inbox tabs, tell me how many unread emails are in each tab, preferably immediately next to the name of the tab. That unread number should sum up to the total number of unread emails that appears next to "Inbox" on the left hand navigation.

Attachments should be always visible at the bottom of the screen
The current layout forces you to scroll all the way down to see if you have attachments ready to send. Sometimes this can be a long scroll with extended conversations. Whether in the Compose or Read screen, attachments should be always in view, not having to scroll to find them.

I don't want to be asked to delete multiple emails every time I delete an email from a sender
Provide a way to delete the "would you like to delete all emails from a sender" popup that showed up around 10/09/23. Some people might want that feature, and that's fine. But I don't, and it's annoying to keep popping up with no way to shut it off.

Push notifications for new received email in phone apps
My phone didn't receive any push notifications for new email from few days ago, no matter it's iOS or Android. Please advise how to set it to resume as before.

Would it be a problem to outline the "Delete" button in red, or the "Delete" all in red?
It would be very helpful if the "Delete" button in the mail panel were in red or outlined in red, or some method, making it less probable to accidentally alighting on a neighboring button.

Fix your email so it does not change into a white "poster board" with black block letters where I click on the email in box!
How about returning to a regular email format instead of one that resembles a poster board with black letters.
I can no longer reply to an email as my email changes to the poster board look of white window with black and white block letters - period. Very sterile and worthless as an email. I cannot reply ads there is not place to reply to as before.102nd ranked -

Let's say you forget to select an email and you press delete button. Yahoo email server actually assumes that means I want to delete all 3000+ emails sitting in my email from beginning of time. Guys this is a dumb idea. No one wants to delete everything just because they forgot to select an item. Thankfully there is prompt but if you are distracted, you don't read what the prompt is saying and you press yes (because you think you are deleting the email that you intended to delete but forgot to select), poof! All your emails are gone.
