Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

bug in login window
problem with yahoo mail login process.
Trying to login from Israel. We write from right to left in hebrew, but the login process is all in english. During login process, Yahoo sent me a code to my Google account. When I tried to enter that code into Yahoo verification window with dashed field, the chrome confused from the writing direction, even the whole process was in english. Also there was "he" in the address bar link somewhere. I could not login into the mail account even when I tried several times and wrote the code in several directions. I recommend…5th ranked -

More Storage
Yahoo is fine as long as there are no problems. It’s impossible to get any help. There’s no way to contact them, and no support to be found. My storage hasn’t been updated in days, even though I have deleted everything from the trash. There’s no email contact information anywhere. It’s pretty annoying that I can’t send or receive emails.

Make attachments and files easier to access in New Yahoo Mail
The new Yahoo Mail layout has made attachments, PDFs, stored files and navigation much harder to use on both desktop and mobile.
Previously I could easily open, preview and find files. After the interface change, attachments are harder to access, some previews fail to open properly, and navigation is much more confusing.
Please improve file/attachment accessibility or provide an option to return to a more classic and simpler layout.

bring back the good version of yahoo basic with themes and dark mode, stop making new ones. no one needs new layouts or verions. you're not apple you dont need to release a new version of the product every 3 hours. just keep it the way your users like it. silent customers are happy customers. i accidentallyt changed to basic mail and now every time i open mail it shows me basic, the bright mode hurts my eyes and i hate how i cant change it to dark mode. the new version sucks too so dont tell me to switch…

Deleting mails sync fail in linked non yahoo emails
The email sync happens one way, emails from gmail inbox syncs in, but when deleted in yahoo, it doesn't get deleted in Gmail.

I am missing sort by subject, it was very essential while deleting unwanted emails and OTPs now every thing is sorted by sender.

voice confirmation
I an legally blind and have a horrible time trying to read security codes from my phone or alt email when needing to reset password or get back into my primary email. Might you consider a third option, that being to be able to say verbally back to you the secerity code to verify it is me so I can continue to reset password? I didn't think this POS app could get any worse but yet you've managed to ***** it up further!
Now I cannot add my hotmail account to my Yahoo app.
I've spent HOURS trying to fix this problem. It used to work but the handshake has expired and it's not renwable.At this point I have to say adios to this POS app since developers seem to be on mission to destroy the functionality of this app. It started with changing the layout and navigating of the app . Now it has morphed into this nonsense.
