Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

provide ability to close or customize starred messages panel on the right
The new yahoo mail+ has a giant panel on the right that only serves two purposes: open contacts or show starred messages. What if I do not use either one? This is a total waste of space that prevents me from maximizing the message and focusing on that--the whole point of mail is to read and write mail messages. There is no ability to hide or close or customize this panel. I could maybe utilize starred messages but I need to be able to get it out of the way so stop wasting screen real estate so I can focus…

Blocked Sender list
Once a Blocked Senders list reaches the 1000 maximum, you should have an option to "Clear All" emails from the list so your 1000 would start over. Instead of having to click on EVERY SINGLE email individually!!
Or make the Blocked Sender list indefinite.
Also - once an email list is deleted from the Blocked Sender list does it STAY blocked? Or can it re-appear? It SHOULDN'T!! Once it's been placed on the list it should be blocked FOREVER!6th ranked -

I don't know what you guys are doing over there but your website runs so slow, and I'm using a souped up gaming laptop... It's so slow and clunky to select and move and everything... I don't understand why, gmail reruns so much smoother.

provide clear instructions
You have sent msg advising future deletion of "notepad" function. But there is no obvious "notepad" in mail function. I tried to use you link for questions, but it just goes in a loop. I see no way to contact Yahoo for assistance.

font size
My font size has flipped to small and there is no way I can make medium the default. Been on Yahoo forever.....

make a filter so ALL mail goes to the inbox and users can mark REAL spam and not miss potential clients and income
You have in total lost me about $5000 in business this year by sending emails from potential clients to the SPAM folder and I didn't get a reply in time. Tune your filter down. Why is a message from a persons name or from an iphone going to spam yet fake facebook admin messages are flooding into my inbox? Is there a way to get ALL mail to my inbox then since you can't do it properly I will mark my own?

Keep Notepad! Or at least keep it available and/or make it easy to download docs in usable form.
I'm wondering if there is a way that I can download my Notepad files and use them without having to manually rename them all? It seems like it would be good customer service on Yahoo's part to make this possible;).
Also, truthfully I'm just a bit unsure why Notepad disappeared within days of the email notification despite the email saying Jan 15, 2027 . From the email "The Yahoo Notepad feature will be discontinued on 15 Jan 2027. Until then, you can continue accessing and downloading your notes." The Notepad has disappeared from my email page. It would be great…

NOTEPAD retiring - DOWNLOAD files format improvement PLEASE
I have been using notepad religiously for YEARS and not that happy it's being taken away.
So, I used the 'download' option being offered, and the notes that were downloaded are in a TERRIBLE format. Instead of spacing, there is all this <div> pasted ALL OVER and basically UNREADABLE.
I have HUNDREDS of these files. is there a better downloaded format you can offer?6th ranked -
calendar messages
It appears messages received from the calendar are messed up. The body of the email will show for about 2 seconds then disappear. Crazy but that is the only email it does that to. If I forward the calendar message to another yahoo email account it does the same thing. If I forward to a hotmail account it is there. Also, the body disappears during the forward. I am using the current email under yahoo.

Outlook accounts not connecting in Yahoo Mail
I'm unable to connect any Outlook.com accounts using Settings → More Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox → Outlook.
The Microsoft OAuth flow completes successfully:
I sign in successfully.
I receive the Microsoft permission (consent) screen.
I click Accept.
The popup closes.
Yahoo immediately displays: "Canceled connecting [email] to your Yahoo account."I've reproduced this with:
