1. Not Seeing Emails I Used to Receive Regularly

   I am not receiving a bunch of emails that I used to receive regularly, mostly newsletters. I don't see them coming to my in box and I can't locate them anywhere. This started on or about April 8, 2025.

2. Please fix the problem created when you changed me to the new version

   This is not an "idea" but a followup to my recent complaint when my Yahoo Mail was unexpectedly changed to the new version. It was very problematic and I had to locate a Yahoo forum where I found other unhappy users and was told how to revert to my old version. But some of those problems seem to have carried over to my original version. I use the Compose feature to create and edit email messages, as well as to compose other written statements. Tonight I composed a 4-sentence message to send someone. Each time I might back up and substitute a word, change punctuation or even just take a pause, the system would create a partial draft at each of those intervals. When I went back to my inbox, there were 11 separate entries on the way to completing my one message. I went back to my drafts folder to send the message but couldn't do anything with it. I had to set it up to "forward," then go back to my inbox and copy that "forwarded" draft and paste it into yet another new message file to be able to send. Finally, I returned to my inbox to delete all the draft messages that went to my inbox. I then looked in my Trash folder but the messages were not there. I then returned again to my inbox but saw that the deletions had done nothing--the messages were all still there. I went through and deleted all of them a second time, and they finally went away and into Trash. This would seem to be a significant malfunction in your email system that I hope you can remedy and return my email to its former properly functioning status.

3. Stop taking away functionalities

   Please , please, PLEASE !
   You have managed to make to make standard Yahoo Email an unworkable cumbersome mess, forcing any logical, efficient intelligent person to revert to "Classic".
   But now, you are messing with even this. (Ask yourselves why? )
   Do you not ever Beta test updates with actual users ??
   Latest changes yet again are causing MORE WORK & additional clicks. (following the example of standard)
   Programming 101 = fewer clicks are better and faster and more efficient.
   You have now added more navigation and additional clicks with your Actions pull down PLUS Apply buttons
   EVEN WORSE: you managed to RREMOVE functionality by disabling the direct keystrokes to accomplish Move (D+) HINT: keystrokes are always more efficient than clicks, but you seem totally clueless to that.
   PLUS. you are probably totally unaware of something else you have F'ed up: when going down the list of emails in the inbos, it USED TO BE possible to check some and Star others.
   No longer !
   Checking a long list, then Starring one REMOVES the check marks from a whole list.(it used to work)
   Proof again of your cluelessness as to the actual use and functionality of your own product.
   I would enjoy an intelligent response from anyone at the decision making level for these incompetencies

7. Restore the feature to sort e-mail by subject

   I seriously miss being able to sort e-mails in my inbox by subject. I get a lot of emails from the same person, so sorting by sender does nothing to help organize them.

   Oh well, just means I won't be cleaning out the old stuff, so storage will go up. Not that it matters to you for one person, but multiply by a bunch of users who are unable to keep things tidy anymore, and it might be worth restoring the feature.

    i am sick and bloody tired of ads for dating aps being shoved down my throat. I am not now, never have been and never will be interested in anything they have to offer. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO STOP THEM!!! i DELETE THEM ON MY PHONE, AND I USED TO BE ABLE TO DELETE THEM ON MY COMPUTER AND MARK THEM OFFENSIVE (WHICH THEY ARE) AND YOU KEEP FINDING WAYS TO SUBJECT ME TO THEM. 20. Unable to Send Email to Valid Address – Request for Assistance

    Dear Support,

    I'm currently unable to send email to a legitimate and active email address. The message is being blocked or not delivered, and I need to understand what’s wrong with the email system.

    There are no issues on the recipient’s end as far as I can tell, and this is affecting regular business communication. Could you please investigate and let me know if:

    Our domain or IP is on a blocklist?

    There are any outbound restrictions or filtering rules causing this?

    Please advise as soon as possible—this is a critical matter.
