Font Size Too Small on the Yahoo Mail App
On the Yahoo Mail App the font size is totally unreadable for viewing incoming emails. For many incoming emails, the font size is about a size 2-3 font, much smaller than a comfortable 9-12 size font. And this is even when I have selected the largest font possible in Android's Accessiblility settings.
Triple or quadruple the default size of text for incoming emails in the Yahoo Mail App.

PICS DOWNLOADED FROM EMAILS
STOP DOWNLOADING PICTURES FROM EMAIL. IT FILLS THE MEMORY AND PREVENTS NEW EMAILS FROM ARRIVING. ALSO I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DELETE THOSE PICS.

When u open your account in phone and PC its always required KEY from the app. or ask to send code on recovery number. please make it easy.
LOGIN in PC you only need to enter password not account key from application it will make it faster without any problem in safety of our account

Protect customers by holding emails while storage space is added
Because of a full mailbox, my account stopped receiving emails from 8:02am to around 12:40pm on 9/10/25. I immediately purchased additional space after those 4 hours, but the emails received in that +4h window were never delivered to my account. On top of that, when I asked whether they would be delivered once the account had additional space available, I received an email from you guys stating that "...emails sent to you while your mailbox is full are not stored and can't be recovered." You reduced my storage by >90% with no warning, and it seems thwarting export to gmail.
Yahoo is an archaic company and service and now you're alienating your user base. I'm not alone as seen on multiple forums over the last few weeks since you've reduced our storage to 20GB from 1TB.
Let me export in peace (which you're not enabling btw). In the heat of the moment -- I dislike Yahoo and Yahoo Mail atm.

Mobile mail new security OTT: it asks for codes from ALL 3 recovery options before proceeding with login (codes texted to my 2 mobile phones + code emailed to back-up email address) everytime I try to access my Yahoo mail on my Android, same device each time: it should ask only for 1 recovery option as before; and after all this, it does not even able to let me get into my mobile mail. Hopeless.

What happened to Basic Mail? Now it's either New Mail or Classic...??
Up until a few weeks ago, I could switch between New Mail and Basic, and did so whenever I needed to clean up my Spam folder because Basic gives us a block option.
Now I only have New Mail or Classic as options, which doesn't give us a Block option in the Spam folder.
Can anyone who uses Basic Mail, paste the URL of your inbox? It won't allow me access to your mail because it will require me to sign in. That should do it, I think (I hope :). Thanks in advance! <3

How long emails stay in trash.
I may have deleted an email that contained important information. I don't know, because I can't tell how long it is until my trash folder gets cleared. I would very much like to change this in settings. For example, I would set it to delete emails after they've been in there for a month, so if it takes me a few weeks to realise I've deleted an important email, I can still get it back.
By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.
Trash deletion frequency – Trash is deleted after 7 days.
Spam deletion frequency – Spam is deleted after 30 days. -
