I am swarmed with spams and uncalled for notifications
My council's database has been compromised, and I was told that my account could have been affected. This follows a string of breaches from Optus, to Medibank to the local council. Sure enough after their advice my phone was hacked. I called for assistance but it wasn't forthcoming. Now my email is affected, like what I said before of the uncalled for spams and notices. Help with receiving emails from my contacts.
I had to reset my computer after it was Hacked with ransomware.
I reloaded Yahoo mail from my outlook and have not received or been able to send any emails from my desktop. I manually loaded my contacts but still haven't received or bee able to use the email account as I had before being hacked. I alos have not been able to receive. Varification codes from medical entities that I need. -
Email Filters - Need more than move to folder
The only thing you can do with email filters is to MOVE them to a folder, really? It's 2021. How about adding to the filters to do things that's been available since 1950 like, flag it (STAR) an email from a certain person or subject word(s) so we know to look at it asap over the 100k emails that's coming in. Even better, how about making it so it will auto forward based on filters to other people I want to see that email? Come on Yahoo!!!

Delete email in bulk by year selections only
Why don't you have a way to select emails by year to delete? A simple select by year: 2016, 2017, and so on and 1 click to delete. Currently you have to sort by year and scroll through then "select all" then delete. There is no way to do it with one click at the year level.

Why prompt to delete a file in the ''junk'' folder, but not ''Inbox''? This should be the other way around in my opinion.

Use of the word me!
I have asked before to please use my proper name when I send emails to my mailbox. I abhor seeing the word 'me' used instead of my name preferably my full name. I am not in Kindergarten.
It really looks lame if I forward something to a contact and the heading says from me...it is not the proper thing to do. Please just change mine if no one else cares! I am so sick of seeing it this way! Some of us like the things we work with to be Proper! -

Spam email addresses are eluding spam filters and regenerating the email once blocked
I received a spam mail into my inbox, from "Greek Squad" coming from address "thasnee0209@gmail.com" which I identified as spam by hovering over the sender. I immediately put into spam folder then set to block it via the "block address" procedure, where I have 381 of 500 blocked addresses. The procedure carries out the task, supposedly deleting email and blocking address; however, within 10 seconds, the email returns to spam folder. I was told in Live Chat that filtering is not designed to deal with SPAM emails, only other types of emails ..... why??
Yahoo has "filters" as a selection along with Mark As Read, Star, Block Sender, FILTER MESSAGES LIKE THIS, View Raw Message, Print, Add Sender To Contacts .... as I tried to report receiving 5 spam emails sent within a 2 min. period from the same email address of newsletter@kristall.freewww.biz by using Live Chat, I was told filters do NOT work on Spam email notifications (only with "other" emails. make the "undo move" popup optional in settings
The undo move popup is slow and not useful to me. If I occasionally move something incorrectly, I can search for where it landed and move it where I wanted. I would like to be able to selectively remove it so that the move function just did what it was told rather than suggest I made an error every time.

Steam also allows drag and drop. Ironically, I believe the only one they don't have of the three is the arrows.
