  2. automatically delete emails once they are 30 days unless the owner saves them in an envelope

    To stop from having such klutter in our email that makes it so overwhelming when we open it. why not give us the choice to add an automatic delete check mark on old messages that we don't want or sales adds. Like 2 weeks or 30 days. That way we use up less storage and it's not so overwhelming.

  3. Order of the emails - that are floating The avatar of the emails is sometimes not shown, shows a syllable of the email.

    Hi, you could improve some things that I can not do,
    if they were so kind.
    First, I would like to be able to sort the emails,
    I mean the order in which the side menu shows them.
    I have several emails added, but I can not,
    order those who go first, then the second, understand me
    I have to log out to do that.
    Second, the avatar of the email or of each email,
    the avatar of the email is not shown,
    I have an image configured in each email,
    but in yahoo email…

  4. by using english as my language iam receiving with a language that i dont know and understand

    even if i go to the setting i can not change because of the language displayed i use English please help

    You can upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus or subscribe to Access + Forwarding to use the email forwarding feature in your Settings. Automatic forwarding sends a copy of incoming messages from your Yahoo Mail account to another email address. 


    If the option isn't listed in your account, it's not available at this time.


  7. Yahoo did it again! Why do I have do verify my login with my phone, EVERYTIME I login with my computer?

    Can't I just login with a password, like everybody elses site? Why, Yahoo, why? do I have to confirm my account, EVERYTIME I log in? Now I've had to give another email, and confirm with the last 2 of my phon e number, but then YOU ******* STILL have to send me a text message on my phone? **** this service. It's more of a hassle to get to my email on your system, then to do MATLAB computations.

  8. I can open my email and read them but I can not send email.Again once my opened my mail when I click for example delete it will not delete.

    If I type information and I want to send and I click on send, it does not Again,go.After reading my message ,the total number still remains e.g if there are 10 emails in my inbox, after reading all the 10,the same email will remain in the inbox as if I have not read them.Again,emails that I will received in say 3 days to 4 days, 5 days will all go off. So now when I go back to my email I can not trace my email…

  9. Now longer accepts Adblockers.

    First you are constantly changing the format. If it isn't broken leave it alone. Most of the new formats aren't what the users want and I doubt asked for.
    I have used Yahoo for decades and have three accounts. Logged in a few minutes ago and my Adblocker has been bypassed and I am now spoon feed ad of your choice or ones you think are what i want to see. It was bad enough when you decided to put company logo in that space with all there information. I didn't ask for…

  10. Use of the word me!

    I have asked before to please use my proper name when I send emails to my mailbox. I abhor seeing the word 'me' used instead of my name preferably my full name. I am not in Kindergarten.
    It really looks lame if I forward something to a contact and the heading says from me...it is not the proper thing to do. Please just change mine if no one else cares! I am so sick of seeing it this way! Some of us like the things we work with to be Proper!

    I have checked and rechecked my notifications - today I had both my phone on and my laptop opened in yahoo while doing work in another app, and did not receive a notification for an important incoming email - happened to see it on my phone an hour and a half later. There are a lot of us contractors who use your email because of other things I like- the ability to search, file, and keep entire history of company emails. But if I miss a call for a job, or a reply…

    Make sure that notifications are turned on in both the account’s settings and on the device as well (in the case of your phone). It might help to remove and re-add the account/app from the device and re-add it.

    Also, keep in mind that regular Yahoo accounts are not intended for business purposed as per the Terms.

    Spam.... An email address sent from the Kajabi site has been marked 'spam' without my knowledge or choice. I cannot find it anywhere to unmark it What to I do? it is: anne@annelafollette.com and comes from the Kajabi platform

  16. Spam/Hacker pretend email from Paypal and I am almost hacked to my Paypal account.

    I got an email which said it is from Paypal and needs my attention to change some setting. I did receive this kind email from Paypal before so I CLICK and enter my account and password. But later I notice it is a hacker/spam/troy who is stealing my confidential information. I see that email in phone and can not see the full email address so I immediately go to computer and see the very long email address which I confirm it is not from Paypal but someone try to steal my confidential in

    I have multiple devices that access my yahoo mail and within the past year yahoo mail has become a PIA to deal with always requiring a new password even with 2 factor authentication. Absolutely obnoxious to use anymore. May have to quit yahoo mail after over 20 years.

  20. make the "undo move" popup optional in settings

    The undo move popup is slow and not useful to me. If I occasionally move something incorrectly, I can search for where it landed and move it where I wanted. I would like to be able to selectively remove it so that the move function just did what it was told rather than suggest I made an error every time.
