I can not log in to my yahoo messenger account. Also, most embarrassing is that yahoo messenger conversation archive tool is not working!! It's very annoying because it's working one week and then two-three weeks is down and it's almost one year since it happens this way. Now I believe my conversation history was erased. Did you have the right to do this? Your changes are awful, bring the old settings back and make something so that conversation history could be seen again!!

give us back all the Setting Options
this newest email took away the Settings Options, and the disposable address controls and the blocked address controls. That is a breach of contract, because we have paid for those features, and rightfully depend on those. Please give these back ASAP.
Those settings are still available in Yahoo Mail. They are in the Settings or More Settings section (depending on what version of Yahoo Mail you’re using.)

stop asking me to support your add blocking, I'll leave Yahoo.
Please stop asking me if I want to change my Yahoo and unblock my add blockers. I won't and Yahoo forces me too. I will end my account and go with a different one. It is apparent that other users feel the same.

deleting lots of mail is not easy. some time i selecting mails those i want to delete but a wrong click and all select mail get deselect

pages of emails instead of one long file
I used to be able to have a page at a time for the old emails, I could save the ones I wanted and then hit "All" and Delete the rest. I don't seem to be able to find that anymore and it is very hard to click all the boxes to delete all the thousands of emails I don't want. I end up having 10,000 old emails and don't want to take the time to go through the whole thing to save some and delete all at once...

Limited customization
Add capabilities - Use your own photos to customize the background, custom color palette, and add to contacts the ability to add a photo to each contact. There sits the grey outline of a person in the box, that I can do nothing with. All Yahoo functions should lean toward ease of use, speed and convenience, rather than a thousand web searches just find out that it can't be done.
