  1. REMOVE MOTLEY FOOL

It is disgusting that you still allow Motley Fool to promote their agenda on this website. They are purposely misleading investors regarding the “Reddit Revolution”. Retail investors are fully aware that Citadel pays their bill. I have read article after article selling a false narrative. For 6 straight months, your company has allowed this. I am not shocked, as your company seems to often placate to the lowest common denominator. I request that you find your souls, and do a better job contributing to this world in a more positive way.

  2. need better ad feedback that allows direct responses to yahoo from the ad itself.

There should be a feedback link somewhere on all ads. Currently Yahoo is running ads for a "fuel filter" that is really just a tiny modification away from being an illegal firearm silencer.

  3. SCAM folder

Yahoo Mail has a folder for SPAM, which helps you identify and stop spam.

It would be great to also have a "SCAM" folder, specifically for spoof emails and other scams; things that aren't just annoying or repetitive, but fraudulent. This might also help in the development of AI that could recognize emails claiming to be from well known business, which were NOT sent from those businesses' domains.

  5. I would suggest yahoo add a frequently asked question section below stories to address the most common questions and opinions

People have questions and experts express opinions and the most frequent ones should be added to top stories in my opinion

  6. Return comments

Support your customer and return comments. I think we should set up a time and all boycott this site if they do not return our right to comment on these articles which most are just someone's opinion or comment. Let's pick a time.

  8. CDC guidelines for healthcare workers

CDC guidelines for healthcare workers doesn’t protect us, our families and the community. It states that even if we as healthcare workers get exposed to the virus, as long as we don’t show any symptoms we can continue working. We are helping spread the virus

  9. Misleading opportunistic headlines.

A recent headline aggressively insinuated that COVID killed a mother and 2 of her children. While this was factually accurate the obvious intent of the headline was to produce fear that children are dying from the virus. Once you actually read the article you see that all the “children” were middle aged adults and the mother was in her 70’s. What worse is yahoo changed the original NYT headline to a more alarming one “ Coronavirus kills mom and 2 oldest children”. When people criticize the media this is exactly what their talking about. Incredibly irresponsible, opportunistic and appalling behavior.

  10. Add Origin via IP address Tracking

Comment section on YAHOO has been overwhelmed for some time by trolls, bots, & bad actors. I am NOT suggest you moderate or censor your platform more. However, you COULD let your users make intelligent assessments regarding what they are seeing.
A simple addendum to users' icon or name - flagging country of origin and/or VPN usage by tracking IP addresses. This would be a quick and relatively easy 'fix'.
Per the TOS everyone accepts without reading, YAHOO does collect and track IP addresses. You just need to make it transparent to the users.

  11. UK yahoo is so much better!! They have stories that matter, not just vapid entertainment stories.

Get stories that are more poignant and less vapid. Too much useless entertainment that is just fake news. Take a page from UK yahoo and get a better format. More info less garbage.

  13. First Amendment

It would be nice if the people running Yahoo Finance blog page didnt pick and choose what to post and what not to post. Talk about rigging communications with fellow investors. You need to change this. They took down 8 of my posts for no reason.

  15. More News, Less Fluff

Your newsfeed is embarrassingly misogynistic and so hard to get through. Is Yahoo a tabloid outlet or what? Why, oh why everytime I look at Yahoo the feed shows pictures of women of any age being objectified with suggestive captions about her body? I love your sports, Fantasy Football, but the newsfeed needs to be less *, and more relative newsy. Your lite * approach is offensive.

  17. A response from Yahoo would be nice sometimes

There seems to be a lot of these people complaining about be content that automatically loads on their Yahoo homepage and have no clue that that can go into the settings and choose what news sources they want to see on their homepage.
I noticed none of the comments have a response from a Yahoo representative and I think that would slow down all of the whining and complaining.

  18. Make blue dot go away, hate the notifications

I have turned off everything I can find relating to notifications. You make it appear as if I have new emails, and instead it is useless, time wasting ****. Seriously, you should have to pay me back for the collective time wasted!
