Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Give me back my Classic Yahoo Mail. I have LOST all my old emails. Where did they all go. You completely ********* my email filing and storage. I need those emails for my records but it now appears that Yahoo cannot be depended upon. I am SO ANGRY AND MAD at Yahoo. After 25+ years of Yahoo, it's time for me to start looking for another DEPENDABLE email service!!!!!

    This new mailbox sucks...i keep emailing you.
    I cannot go back to the previous version only the old version from 2008 maybe...this stinks, I live in my yahoo email and I cannot work this way. It is very dissappointing that I am going to have to start lookng for another free email system to do my work in.
    everything is bad, there are no options and we are stuck w/setting we hate...thanks for nothing yahoo teem!

    I am a long-time Yahoo Mail user and prefer the older version of the interface. One feature that seems to be missing now is the ability to open multiple email messages as tabs within the mailbox. That feature made it much easier to switch between messages when working on several emails at once.

    Also, I have no use for the new tabs - that I apparently can't get rid of (ie Contacts, Notepad & Calendar).

    Please consider restoring the message tab feature & provide an option to delete the tabs for notepad, calendar & contacts.

    Horrible new Yahoo Mail. I lost my iCloud account and your new setup is terrible give me back my old Yahoo Mail

    Why did you change your format ??!!
    Can't see a message in its entirety anymore . Who are the IDIOTS thinking this is a better change ??
    MAKE IT CAPABLE OF VIEWING THE ENTIRE MESSAGE IN A WIDER FORMAT

    You switched me back to the old mail for some reason which makes me very happy I'd forgotten how much better it is. When I tried to switch back my other accounts they only partially reverted. There is no icon to change accounts, there is nowhere to switch themes, the mail doesn't fully load so that I can scroll all the way back it now comes up in one account as pages that I have to click to advance.
    COME ON GET IT TOGETHER GIVE ME ALL OF THE OLD EMAIL NOT A BARELY USABLE HALF. ONE ACCOUNT IS PERFECT, THE WAY IT WAS, THE OTHER IS HALF WAY BETWEEN OLD AND NEW AND NOW THAT YOU'VE REMINDED ME HOW MUCH BETTER THE OLD IS I WANT IT ALL.

    Please give us the option to keep the old format. The old format is much more user friendly on the desktop as well as the app. I don't care for the enlarged appearance and the attempt to make it easier to use has made it 10 times worse. On the app, one can no longer search for all emails from one sender and sort through them. Deleting is the only option given and makes cleaning out ones email box VERY tedious and time consuming. It's horrible!

    Please stop re-designing the yahoo mail. I've finally figured out how to navigate the current design. When you people change it, I have to re-learn it all over again. It's frustrating! Are you people bored?????

    Stay out of my settings. Your ideas of a "Better" email system just plain sucks. You have idiot kids coming up with stupid ideas and implement them on us without our input. New isn't always better. Also you "summary" of my emails is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. We're supposed to read YOUR summary of my email and then read the email? Oh, yeah, that saves me a lot of time jackasses.

    it is the most confusing layout of a mailbox I've ever dealt with. Hard to organize, very difficult to find messages, just bad all the way around. The color is terrible as well

    How can I restore the old monthly format on browser (which is still on my Android)? The new format is very hard to see what's on the calendar. The 'More'' dropdown is useless for at-a-glance
