Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

New view is near unusable. Adds taking up way too much space. No easy route to adjust font size, so only a handfuul of emails in feed. ****** upgrade. More likely to use alternative

This change happened suddenly for me. I am very angry. The new Yahoo email format is beyond awful. I use a 15" laptop and my open screen to look at emails is now 1 1/2" high. I can no longer easily move to folders as there is no way to have folders open. Now I need to scroll down through my many folders to drop an email in. Similarly, I need to scroll to open up a folder. Really???? you think this is an improvement. IT IS NOT!!! Maybe its time to transfer to Gmail.

trying to delete messages so I can send & receive e-mails again is a huge inconvenience & I don't have time to delete everything especially now & I have trying now for 3 days to delete 24999 e-mails & it will not delete them. I had used this e-mail for all my credit cards and all medical information etc... & I have had ****** cancer so I don't have the time nor energy to be spending 5 hours a day on yahoo mail to have it. Why do you treat your customers so poorly.

It should be an easy enough fix, but Blocked Addresses needs to be increased to 2000 addresses. I have had my email account since 1998 and the spam is getting out of control. I now have to delete old blocked addresses to be able to block new addresses. To be honest its like whack-a-mole.

Make it easier to set up a filter. It's not as visually obvious as it was in the previous version. As a senior with some memory issues, I can't remember how to access the filter creation menu in the new yahoo mail. As I search the menus, I fail to find it, but I know you still have it somehow accessible. It's just "hidden" (not as obvious) in the menus (not good).

Im locked out of my email that's connected to my old phone. tech support cannot verify my email because of that. update your system with better verify questions, to help customers use their email. there are no options at the moment to update phone number, when a customer has no access to the old phone number. Wake up , Yahoo, solve this problem, refer back to the call on 1/19/26 0800, California time US to 1-800-741-7610, rep name REM.

The right hand column for starred and contacts is mostly useless to me and I'd really rather it was hidden by default.

your new " improved " update is total rubbish . the light option is too light and the dark option is too dark . You changed something that was good into inferior . Also my signature had a weblink which was displayed with a picture link which looked nice ... ALL GONE . Terrible update . Hate it .

OLD PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE CHANGE. GIVE US THE OPTION TO KEEP THE OLD EMAIL. I WILL DITCH YAHOO IF IT BECOMES A PAIN TO TRANSITION TO. I TURN 75 IN TWO DAYS. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT. I LIKE IT THE WAY IT IS.
