Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    users should get option to select theme. the new theme is over designing and the old theme was very good. need to old theme ASAP.

    The “Switch to Basic Mail” option is no longer visible in my Yahoo Mail settings.

    The current interface is heavy and difficult to use on my system. Earlier, Basic Mail was simple, fast, and very useful for daily business communication.

    Please consider bringing back the Basic Mail option or providing a lightweight navigation view for users who prefer a simpler email experience.

    Hello. Many of the emails I receive have duplicate attachments, and if I try to forward them, I get an error.
    I really liked the old version of email, I got used to it, how can I go back to the old version of email?

    There are some bugs in the New Yahoo Mail when using Firefox:

    1.) Can't get to Calendar in Yahoo Mail.
    2.) Can't Send Feedback from within Yahoo Mail

    This started about three days ago (Date of report: December 18, 2025)

    old basic mail, please switch me to old basic mail. I can not access the same way. with disabilities.

    Please give the option to restore the older platform. I absolutely hate this verision with a passion.

    Also, how do you get rid of that stupid box that has contacts and starred messages in it? Total waste of space.

    Need the previous Calander, so we can see what on the schedules. This new Calander is hard to look at and the dates do not come up after saving them. PLEASE do something.

    Why are the panes not adjustable in the new Yahoo Mail? This really makes it unusable for me because it collapses all the items like folders in the leftmost pane. And the other 2 panes: the centermost mail items is so wide, not adjustable and the default width is way too much; and that rightmost pane is a waste of space. Who designed this?

    The new version is clunky and very slow. It takes up to 20 seconds to open Yahoo, then ages to download, forward or reply. Can you speed it. It is doing my head in

    I now can not enter the times for my calendar events, the "time" box is invisible.
    when the date is entered the pop up box does not go away & stays in place not allowing you to save your entry.
    Do you not test these updates before you roll them out? I run my business off my yahoo calendar & I'm considering
    changing permanently due to none of the recent updates being of value & time lost for poor update implimentation.

    Please can you create a go back button on my account as I don't have it and I want to go back to the previous version? If this version will stay, I will be forced to change email account to another supplier

    I hate how unorganized this version is, and i am very unhappy that i can't switch to the old version. A lot of users have this problem, because yahoo want us to force and pay the subscription. It seems like, as the other corporates, you start to follow money, instead of happy custormers.

    The new Yahoo mail calendar sucks! The monthly calendar display never closes when updating and existing calendar entry. I'm not sure how much you spent on development for the new GUI, but it was waste of money!!! I was a software developer for HP for 30 years, and this is one of the most backward software releases I've ever seen.
