Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I can not use this version on my chrome book and cant go back to old one . very upset HELP NEEDED

    I TOTALLY HATE THE NEW YAHOO MAIL FORMAT AND WANT TO RETURN TO THE OLD FORMAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have ZERO issues with finding things in yahoo mail .
    I'm good the way things are .
    I REALLY DISLIKE the ' try it out ' version and quickly returned to original yahoo mail .
    PLEASE do not change yahoo mail !

    Dear Yahoo Customer Service,
    I was prompted by Yahoo to try the "new version" for my email management. I clicked on it and boom I was taken to a new version. After giving it a fair try for a few days, I find it to be very difficult to manage. Specifically, the colored icons to the left of every email in the list is very distracting; having the delete to the far right is less than ideal as it takes longer to determine one is deleting the correct email; also the group-by-date format is gone and it's all one big scroll. There are more problems but these are my top 3 complaints. Of course I want to revert back to the version I was previously using but it is not available!!! This is terrible! My only choice is "old version" and this new one. First, the new version is less than optimal and in my opinion is in no way an improvement and second, the option to go back to the previous version is not available! Please 1) improve the new version to allow a user better customization so that I could make it appear in a way that is more functional for me and 2) provide the user the ability to go back to the previous version -- if that is just not possible because you can't support it, then give the user a strong notice that tells the user "if you try this new version, you can't ever go back to the one you are currently using." Honestly, from a customer perspective it felt like a trap. I did speak to customer support about this, I asked the person to provide this feedback and the person told me that she is not allowed to take any feedback. So, another recommendation is to allow the customer support people the opportunity to provide feedback. I am very frustrated with Yahoo.

    Your interface is now ****. It is next to impossible to tell an unread message from those that have been opened. It used to be a simple matter of message highlight. Now it is just a tiny blue dot beside a message. Whomever thought that was a good ides is wrong. Put it back the other way.

    I have been with Yahoo forever. I am 81 and don't like changes. Please give me my old messages back.

    I CAN READ AND I CAN DECIDE IF IT IS AN OFFER OR WHAT IT IS. I LEFT YOU ONCE BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPID CHANGES AND I DON'T WANT ANY CHANGES. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I absolutely hate the new email format. It is visually much more difficult to read. Is there any way to return to the previous version? It wasn't broken so why did you try to fix it, and make it much worse?

    Give me back my Classic Yahoo Mail. I have LOST all my old emails. Where did they all go. You completely ********* my email filing and storage. I need those emails for my records but it now appears that Yahoo cannot be depended upon. I am SO ANGRY AND MAD at Yahoo. After 25+ years of Yahoo, it's time for me to start looking for another DEPENDABLE email service!!!!!

    This new mailbox sucks...i keep emailing you.
    I cannot go back to the previous version only the old version from 2008 maybe...this stinks, I live in my yahoo email and I cannot work this way. It is very dissappointing that I am going to have to start lookng for another free email system to do my work in.
    everything is bad, there are no options and we are stuck w/setting we hate...thanks for nothing yahoo teem!

    I am a long-time Yahoo Mail user and prefer the older version of the interface. One feature that seems to be missing now is the ability to open multiple email messages as tabs within the mailbox. That feature made it much easier to switch between messages when working on several emails at once.

    Also, I have no use for the new tabs - that I apparently can't get rid of (ie Contacts, Notepad & Calendar).

    Please consider restoring the message tab feature & provide an option to delete the tabs for notepad, calendar & contacts.

    Horrible new Yahoo Mail. I lost my iCloud account and your new setup is terrible give me back my old Yahoo Mail

    Why did you change your format ??!!
    Can't see a message in its entirety anymore . Who are the IDIOTS thinking this is a better change ??
    MAKE IT CAPABLE OF VIEWING THE ENTIRE MESSAGE IN A WIDER FORMAT
