FIX THE SEARCH
your new update sucks in the search. Used to be could use advance to narrow down search by putting what folder I wanted. Now I have to go to each folder then search. stupid.
The mailbox filter is supposed to appear in Advanced Search, but it isn’t showing

I hate the look of the new yahoo with all the contacts showing the logo on the left for each email. - it's distracting and doesn't look compact and uniform like old version! please allow an option to remove this!!!

So, Yahoo has just unveiled new mail. Much about it does not seem that different, although everything is brighter (I had a decorative background on mine previously). But what I'm most surprised you didn't change is the height of the email window. You take up (and always have) so much room at the top of the page for a search bar and some button and then the mail navigation, then the header of the email. Blocking Spam
Function to mass block spam mail, add 500+ adresses by marking --> as it was before. simple and easy. to much spam in the folder, i need to mass block those adresses

UI / Recipients
After opening an Email in the Inbox, it could be shown more clearly whether the user is the only recipient or whether the message was addressed to others as well. That way, it would easier to see the recipients and choose the appropriate reply method. Currently, it shows only in small greyed out font "and one other". Thanks!

Bug with CTRL-Enter shortcut and subject line
The new UI has a bug when typing the subject. If I type letters on the subject line and IMMEDIATELY hit CTRL-ENTER to send the email, it will send it with no subject at all. I have to do something else before hitting CTRL-ENTER to get it to take. Either click the mouse in the body or if I click "Send".. This is a bug. The previous UI didn't do this. This is on Chrome on Windows. (didn't test it elsewhere)

Buttons across top of email list
For one - stop trying to look like Gmail. Yuck. People like it more if it looked like Outlook and was compact/streamlined.
Two - why is there no buttons/navigation bar across the top of the list like before? As well as you can open tabs of emails? Maybe that's three but please bring those back.

Where is the block & delete senders from the Spam folder?
Before this 'newest' iteration of Yahoo mail, you could mark spam and right click to choose to permanently delete the sender. Where is this function now?

How about making yahoo mail work on my old chromebook.
I will be discontinuing yahoo email, it no longer works on my chrome book, gmail works fine. You guys shouldn't have messed with something that was working. I am laughing at the mess you have made for some people. Can't stand your new mail.

email preview should be more wider
email preview should be more wider or flexible to adjust its width according to the requirement , There should be an option to auto filter emails and moved to the appropriate folder from emails keywords or from senders just like outlook.

New Email Search is Too Limiting
Give me back the old version. This version has a Search that is limited. I used the option "Has the words" or whatever it was called, often, but now finding something is much harder and time consuming.

Going back a year or year-and-half ago, Yahoo was trying to get people to switch to the new view for email, but back then, it was horrible. I gave feedback several times, mainly about the "read" vs "unread" being horrible (grey shade making page unreadable), and the waste of real estate (in list mode, you could only see a few words of the mail's subject line, vs the classic mode which showed much more). The right sidebar for ads was way too big back then, like 50% bigger than classic.

Get the ads out of the middle of my emails.
Put them at the end of the emails. They are distracting and they slow down my progress during the hours I need to work effiiently.

Your new email design is so painful. why change the user interface. i use this for work. to start. in your dark mode the unread and read is almost identical. there are no lines separating emails between days. youve doubled the size of the advertising on right hand side. you have moved the mailbox to the bottom befreo it was was visible on top and showed how many emails were unread. you ve moved the star to the right to make it less visible. youve hiddne the folders. you have done a terrible job with this new email. has…

Please return to the prior UX design for the browser client
You have missed the mark on UX design in your new browser-based email client. Gamification should be an option that can be turned off; I don't need/like/want it. I also can't wait for compact view as the font is absurdly large in the current version and it is difficult to discern bold (unread) message from read (not bold) messages. Please return the toolbar with action buttons and do not make me navigate into a message to apply actions like reply, delete, etc. You have also wasted an incredible amount of screen real estate on, well, nothing; there is substantial blank/dark…

Please make the Paper clip Icon Actionable
The paper clip used to take us to the attachment in the email. Bring back this feature, it was very helpful and we did not need to scroll down to the end of the message.
