How can you just take away something someone is used to. I HATE this new Yaho mail, it is *!!It's way too busy, I can't take this newe *!!. Help should be available to all. I have used Yahoo mail almost since it was created but I can't get help is wrong and unprofessional.
Stop changing the look of Yahoo Mail. This new look is bad and makes me want to stop using it for my primary email.

I can't no longer switch to old yahoo mail. it's too complicated and felt like the UX designer don't want a blank spaces like the old one.

email page
from left to right...the left panel become hidden and brought back to full view when needed. The section with the emails and window to view makes the window to view way to small. Then the right side where the ad shows should be a little narrow...seriously there are already so many ads that pop up with in the emails itself. Or can I revert back to the old set up? I find that that was easier to navigate. thanks

Please keep the SUBJECT line to 'subject' only. The message content only clutters the inbox listing

Yahoo mail keeps getting worse with every change to the point Im thinking about deleting my account. Will you please offer an older basic version of yahoo mail without all of the extra nonsense? For clarification, I am speaking about the desktop version, I do actually like the newest mobile version minus the silly badge thing which is super annoying and the "primary" thing is useless and there should be an option to turn both of those things off.

Give the user a choice of which version to use!!!!!!!!!
No matter what, allow us to choose which version of Yahoo Mail to use, whether it be an updated version (desired or undesired). In this case the "new version" is more complicated than the older version, harder to read and absolutely NOT necessary/ By deleting the older versions from being reverted to, you're negating the simplicity of them. Sometimes "newer" is NOT always "better" but worse and more cumbersome. At least allow us to make the choice to "upgrade" to the "newer, better version". The "newer, better version" may have more bells and whistles, but certainly isn't "newer or better"…

Your ad placement and size has become obnoxious and intrusive. I know Yahoo has to make money by running ads. I understand that, but this is ridiculous. On the home page. In my email. Everywhere! Is Yahoo eventually going to become a full page ad on the homescreen where I have to somehow engage with the ad before I can get to the news articles and my email? Sort by.......Broken
The sort in this new Yahoo mail is AWFUL! I can't sort by sender to delete mail. When changing the sort to sort by sender's name it does absolutely NOTHING. I'm not sure if it's a glitch across the entire new Yahoo or just my account but it's broke. Please fix this.

bring back classic view
I strongly dislike the new Yahoo Mail interface that was changed on my account recently. I want the option to return to the previous/classic interface. Please restore the old view or give users a permanent choice between the old and new interface.
