NO TRASH DELETION AFTER 7 DAYS
I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT MY TRASH WOULD AUTO DELETE AFTER 7 DAYS. THAT HAS NEVER BEEN A THING SINCE I FIRST SIGNED UP. NOW I'M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING I DELETED ON THE 10TH AND AM UNABLE TO FIND IT. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Allow the user to have the option to select which interface they want to use
I have dyslexia and cannot use the new interface Yahoo Mail has impelemneted. I have been using Yahoo Mail for at least 20 years now and I can't use the new interface because of my dislyexia. Yahoo should allow its customers/users the option to use whichever interface they want. Please let me use the old version

the view is bad
The current view is very bad for the eyes, either too bright or too dark, the classic view was a lot softer (it had softer colors rather than all white). don't know why it gets worse than better. nowadays everyone's eyes are sensitive to bright light. and for the dark appearance, the contents (all in white) are too bright and sharp (you should allow viewers to pick content colors, like light yellow, gray, etc). and the right hand ad is taking up too much space.

Restore prior capability within "Advanced search filters"
Per https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail/overview-yahoo-mail-sln36709.html and my own testing, your New Email Advanced search filter no longer includes a "key word" search box, only To/From/Subject. Please restore the ability to find an email based solely on key word(s) within the body of the message. Omitting such a search method severely limits the ability to find Who-sent-that email content.

Classic view option
The new view is too light or too dark. The classic format worked without the annoying business of the new look. I have used Yahoo for a very long time but am ready to abandon it for something more usable and less flashy.

I hate new email change!
The new Yahoo Mail interface feels cluttered and difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to manage my inbox efficiently. I find the design harder to read and would appreciate options to customize the layout to improve usability.

GIVE PEOPLE AN OPTION!
THIS IS HORRENDOUS! I have THREE inboxes.. now i can no longer see them all listed on the left and can no longer see EACH unread messages!!! I DO NOT want to have to do multiple steps just to see them! Why do you FORCE us to choose between a blindingly white or dark background? THANK you Yahoo - the push I needed to switch ALL my email to Google.

Background Color
UGH-so bland. When I open Yahoo email I think I'm in Google. You used to be better than them. Wish I could find how to set a color so my old brain knows I'm in the right place. Also hate the soft edges. Brain can't focus, moves all over. Folder list width is too small. I suppose I have to upgrade to get more room. I'll learn to cope as your upgrade does not have many benefits.

YOU serve your customers and users! That is YOUR JOB!! YOu can't take away options we used to have and simply say, "You have NO choice anymore! This is the way it is now, so get used to it!" Whatever happened to OPTIONS??!! How about going to a restaurant and being FORCED to order something YOU DON'T LIKE? THAT is what you're doing!!

Pane size
Make all panes to include file, email list and ad panes sizable. Color scheme is not easy to read. Also, need more options to modify the screen views, to include size, colors, etc. Also, improve the sort features to include file size, etc.

Stop making changes on my email
It is beyond frustrating when you use your email all day every day, you should give people the option to not want to upgrade. Thia is my email account, and I should be able to have it set up the way I want.

Bring back the ability to star messages in the email list without having to open the message
The old mail had the ability to star a message that was in the email list without having to open the message. The new email requires the user to open the message to apply the star. In the morning I go through my inbox and star messages that need priority attention and now I can't do that without also opening the message.

New yahoo inbox
Terrible new inbox! I can see less mails and lots of functions missing!!! Terrible idea! Im thinking of switching my account after more than 25 years!!!
