Improve bulk selection and filtering of messages for deletion
Trying to cleanup a large, > 100K message mbox is very user unfriendly. I can only search and select 50 messages at a time, cannot select messages that are not directly addressed to me (ie. sent bcc or to a listserv), in the manage storage dialog, i cannot filter messages that have attachments, have to select them 1 at a time. All around, the feature set for managing a large mbox is very limited.

Clear Option for a Human Help Contact

I have an issue where I am trying to subscribe to yahoo plus but have run into an issue when trying to enter my visa information to pay. I am unable to change the country from United States to Canada. I even tried to add my visa to my wallet which was successful as the default option. Contacts List Cut Off
1) I am not able to add a new contact to my contact list. When I open up New Contact, the box does not provide enough room for me to input the contact data. Only 1/2 of the contact information box is visible, as the contact information box is blocked by the inbox emails to its left. Can this please be fixed.

Ads steal cursor away from what I was doing
I am using Windows 10, 148.0.7778.168 (Official Build) (64-bit). As of 5/13/2026, anytime the right side ad banner rotates to a new ad, it takes my cursor from any other part of the window it was in. This is especially frustrating when I am writing, and every 40-70 seconds, my cursor is moved to the right side, and my up/down arrow keys show it was hijacked by the refreshed ad. My browser has no extensions or ad blockers. I sometimes use other browsers that do have ad blockers, but it seems functionality is an ongoing problem for me in Yahoo…

Calendar problems
Urgent problem - I am long time user of Yahoo Calendar which I use on an Android phone. Within the past 24 hours, I've noticed that I am not able to add new events because there isn't a way to select the time of the event (I can send you a screen shot if you allow me to send an attachment). Allow user to hide the tick box in front of each email
Hi there, I noticed from the desktop mailbox now the tick box is showing at the beginning of each email. I couldn't find how to hide it and it is distractive while I am browsing my inbox. put a grid on the calendar
I absolutely HATE the new calendar view/appearance and can't see how to change it. How can I go back to the old calendar view/appearance? At least darken the grid lines (put grid lines in) so the day square is defined and the whole month doesn't run together.

When I select "full calendar" I can only see today's calendar instead of a monthly calendar.
Can only see today's calendar, not a week or monthly calendar of events. This greatly diminishes value of the calendar. Give back the weekly monthly and year calendars. We are not fans of the new Yahoo.

email preferences
Where is the preference/option/setting to fix the way my email is displayed? I am scrolling through ONE email chain that has dozens of replies, and they seem to be out of order. I can't tell which end of the chain is the beginning and which is the end without doing an (unnecessary) analysis of the date/time stamps on each message.
Give me an easily accessible way to "sort" the email ascending or descending by date/time.

i dont like that what i starred was erased because i needed more storage so had to erase alot in my inbox but never new it would erase my st
i needed more storage to had to get rid of my mail in my inbox but never thought it would erase my starred stuff as well with out letting me know about it. i had extremely important stuff starred and now it is gone!!!!!

why do emails written and hit send--disappear with no trace?
Why do emails written and ready to send, hit send and sometimes get an error "email cannot be saved as draft". The fully composed email no longer shows up anywhere---not in draft, not in sent, not in inbox. NOWHERE--as if it was never written. This has happened several times to important emails. They vanish without a trace. The former email never had this problem. This is an urgent issue.
