TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

    Please switch me back to yahoo basic. All was perfect until you switched me to this idiocy. What's the point to have a loyal, longtime customer suffer through this slow, cluttered nonsense. Greed, that's the reason. Please switch me back to yahoo basic, I don't need this, I really don't. Please switch me back to yahoo basic.

  2. Adjust the flat color new design blends read and unread emails together.

    I have been a loyal user for years, but the new flat design blends read and unread emails together, strains my eyes, I really don't want to stop using this account. Is there going to be any changes concerning to this issue?

    I am very frustrated with the new yahoo mail and not being able to go back to the older version.
    The format and look of the new yahoo is not easy to find and see the emails.
    Please make the decision to the customers how to change to the new format,

  5. Remove Giant Brand/District Logo Headers (BIMI)

    Please remove the giant logo headers (BIMI). They are huge and it clutters the reading view. Please add a toggle to disable them or make them as small as the rest of the text. Thank you!

    Please restore previous mail. This current mail is not easy AT ALL to read or star, and number of mails to read or total number of mails. Am VERY disappointed .

  7. FIX MESSED UP DELETE ALL OPTION

    CURRENTLY WHEN I DELETE ALOT OF EMAILS IN VERIOUS FOLDERS I PICK DELETE ALL AND.... IT ONLY DELETES 30 BUT SAYS ALL DELETED. I MUST GET OUT OF YAHOO THEN BACK IN TO PICK DELETE ALL AND IT ONLY DELETES 30 AGAIN. OBVIOUSLY A SYSTEM ERROR.

  8. Rework your screwed up 'spellcheck'...it is making stupid errors...most annoying!!!

    Your 'spellcheck' is compromised and keeps flagging correctly spelled words or names...rework your algorithms or something...most annoying!

  11. new email "jumping"

    clicking on a message keeps making the screen "jump" so then you cannot either remember what you clicked on, or need to check it again to delete multiple emails. Very very annoying. The other issue is that reporting SPAM or Phishing is not easy - there used to be an email we could forward it to. NOW to report it directly - how can you do this when you can't even get to the email since the reporting is a separate link altogether? In addition, we would have to back track, take pic, and then navigate again to the reporting…

  12. actually block the senders that are blocked

    Every day my mailbox is full of spam. I spend too much of the day clicking on "block sender". but nothing happens, the same messages from the same spammers keep arriving every day. Do these spammers pay yahoo to ignore the block sender messages?

  13. Add Migrate Button for Linked Accounts

    I want to transfer my messages from a previous provider to Yahoo! Mail. After that, I want to close my account with that provider.

    Linking accounts doesn't allow that.

    Please provide a Migrate or Import button for this purpose. It will be helpful for at least many users.

  16. help for your so called customer service, in case you ever get one.

    I think I'm going to have to delete yahoo and go anywhere else, you no longer have customers, in need, you just have people who are stupid suckers to use your service, I'm not computer savvy and some are, but I need help from time to time, in yahoo, but you bunch of fruitloops think every one of your users are graduates from all schools of higher (eh) learning.   17. Bring back sort by sender filter

    You have crippled the search and sorting capability in the new interface. Quite honestly, I am no thrilled by the new browser look and feel. The classic look and capabilities was far superior. I wish you would give us the option to switch back to classic.

  18. Option to hide the righthand sidebar in Yahoo Mail Plus, web interface

    I was recently "upgraded" to the new yahoo mail interface. I am looking for a way to permanently hide the right-hand sidebar. You can temporarily remove it with the arrows on the sidebar boundary, but it comes back whenever the page is refreshed. This just limits the space for the emails, while not giving me anything I need, and is very frustrating to always have to manually hide it whenever the page is refreshed. As a paying customer, I should not have to fight like this for such a basic feature.
