That seems to be the trend nowadays. SEX. It sells! Viewership! Click generates PROFITS!!!
Rubbish content, no intelligent content like COMMENTS. 'Data Analysis shows'.

TOO many pics and articles on illiterate school dropout celebrities on their "baby bump".
Worse is '****** feeding'. Has Yahoo fallen to such low levels to depict cheap people ?
Let them keep their sordid life among themselves. We're NOT interested. More intelligent topics.
Please, we're not interested in such useless cheap news. There's much more in this world.

That is the reason they are what they are. Because of the media pushing such trash in their faces.

Someone in Yahoo seems to have an obsessive compulsion with these celebrity articles.
Too much of undesired senseless useless coverage on people no sane person is bothered about.
The person(s) should follow it in the privacy of their loo and gratify oneself(s) to their hearts content. -

Simple case of bowing down to please and appease a certain assertive ethnic group.
Especially after a recent orchestrated worldwide movement. The 'other' way round is much severe.Doc Adviser supported this idea ·

Its the immature biased young journalists nowadays that they employ.
They impose their own personal views upon the reader.
Not a neutral true reporting of actual fact. Dangerous. Can lead to incitement. -

Many, Many, Many times have written to Yahoo NOT to automatically play a video unless a user clicks on it. To NO effect. Have to keep on clicking on the stop/pause button all the time.
Please clarify this with your paid advertisers on T & C of advertising. Simple.Doc Adviser supported this idea ·

Left are a bunch of Jokers and Clowns, as is clearly apparent for all the world to see.
Jump ship. Lest you sink. Still time. Come to the real world. Not utopia, wonderland, la-la land.
All big theoretical talk and no material justification. Listen to the voices of the people.

Yea, how long does it take to gather feedback to resume once again if at all ?
The more Yahoo delves into gathering, the more going to get confused.

Media ought be NEUTRAL. Not BIASED. Right or Left wing. Author of articles should NOT assert their own personal views. Keep those to themselves. Neutral articles.
Not to incite or impose one's personal views and beliefs upon others. That's true journalism.Doc Adviser supported this idea ·

Could be its because of the "youth" they employ. The "young generation".
Future of tomorrow. Taking their opinions and ideas.
If they are into social media / celebrity trash doesn't mean the intelligent folks are also into it.An error occurred while saving the comment Doc Adviser commented
Yes. Fully agree. Too much of cheap trash.

So do I. Too much cheap trash. But it is a bait to click for the gullible salivating and generate clicks.
Money, money, money....That's all that MATTERS nowadays ( Profits ).... Sad.... -

Yes. Attention seekers. The problem is not the young English lad, but the Yank other half.
Hollywood style celebrity. Press & Media coverage. That's all that matters.

Thrusting one's self centred biased views down the throats of people and hoping for them to swallow so as to sway them to one's way of thinking is not going to work. People have brains to think, analyse and judge for themselves. Removing the COMMENTS section is robbing the people of their most basic fundamental right : FREEDOM of SPEECH. Isn't that the FUNDAMENTAL basis of DEMOCRACY ? Then, what is the DIFFERENCE from COMMUNISM & MARXISM ? Maybe, a new WORLD ORDER ?

1 ) Comments should be allowed to be expressed in writers own words
2 ) Yahoo should not be able to edit / delete them
3 ) No "Report Abuse" button
4 ) Free from Government intervention / censorship
5 ) Can freely write about any Race, Religion, Caste, Color or Creed.

Removing the COMMENTS section ( now apparently permanently ) is equally DISGUSTING.

Stop auto play video. Let the viewers decide what to watch.
Many videos are not worth watching.
Viewers have to constantly press the pause button as they scroll down the news articles. This is irritating.
Auto play chews a lot of data bundles especially for those on pay-as-you-go contracts.
The "FREE" Press / Media always lament when they are "muzzled" by 'Dictatorship' Governments.
Yet, it is the same "FREE" Press / Media that "muzzles" its readers and viewers, by not allowing "free" comments or allowing to voice one's views and opinions.
