Cannot sign in to account
Cannot sign in to one account.
It's not that long since I last signed in to it. I had a message on my other email saying that I have until September 2026 to sign in so why can I not sign in now.

Problem with recent change to Yahoo calendar
I have been using yahoo calendar for years, suddenly both on my phone and laptop, the default view changed from month to week and there is no way to change it back. The laptop allows me to change the view momentarily to monthly, however, the Android phone is too difficult because the button to change to month is too small to change. I have to try and zoom in to change and then zoom out, very difficult to read. It has been super for years, why did Yahoo ruin this? Why can't I change it back to where it has…

new format sucks
why do you keep changing the format of my email? your new format sucks. I keep loosing messages. If you want to experiment do it on someone elses computer. This new format is terrible and impossible to use

Video screen on mobile
Please make the video in the lower right corner a way to close it permanently. I use Yahoo on a browser on my phone and that video covers a large portion of the readable screen. You can close it but it reappears when you scroll. It's annoying.

give access to bookmarks lost when MyYahoo disappeared.
obviously that it says 2020 up there indicates this is a waste of time, but I am still very unhappy about losing all my bookmarks when MyYahoo disappeared. Why you couldn't make that stuff available somehow is still upsetting and I certainly won't do anything Yahoo again, except for my mail which I keep for convenience. I'd love to hear a response from you.

New Mail Format is Challenging
Your new email format sucks. It’s harder to distinguish emails plus , for me (63) it’s harder to read with the smaller font. Please consider providing an option to change it back. I’m sure you have many seniors who would agree. Thank you

September 2025 Email not receiving emails after several attempt to clean storage via trash/delete
My email does not delete trash? I am not able to clean email after trash/delete email are still inside my email storage...why? Poor yahoo customer help and no accountability for clogging storage after many attempts to clean.

issue with the yahoo mail functions
I am currently not able to receive email or send email out due to the storage. I do not see the folders sizes and not able to transfer files to another email account. I am not able to use the bulk mail forward to another email. It only provide one option to send one email at one time. I am not able to view the storage on folders previously created.

Closing Email tabs difficult with hidden "X"
My yahoo mail changed the open emails tabs to these circular bubbles which hide the closing "X". When I go to close a tab, the "X" is hidden, shows quickly, then goes away again. it is very difficult to close a tab with the new "X" functionality. Please fix the tabs, so open emails can be closed efficiently. I'm running the latest firefox version.

Tried new Beta Search and it kept coming up with "undefined"
Beta search doesn't work !!!!!!! Your changes are becoming unacceptable so I'm moving to Firefox and Google Mail and I have been a loyal Yahoo user almost since you started. For your information I have an MS degree in International Business and IT/Programming.
