1. When My Yahoo Format Is Gone, So Am I

   HATE the new yahoo format!!!!!! I have My Yahoo set up how I want it for the news I want to see. I use it every morning and throughout the day and will miss it a lot. Your new format SUCKS. I will no longer have any reason to log on to Yahoo.com after My Yahoo is gone. I will just eliminate my account.

   Yahoo keeps charging me all the time for a subscription I have cancelled again and again (mail storage). It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human being, being outside the USA, with this low-grade AI support which is total aggravating ********. HAVE HUMAN SUPPORT FOR GOD'S SAKE. Your useless AI chat only gives a US number and does not provide human chat support. No one from outside the USA can or will call a 800 number, or call overseas.

   Due to business contracts that we hold we need to make any payments for additional storage etc on an annual rather than monthly basis. We are not looking for a discount and would be happy to pay the monthly fee multiplied by 12 months. We do this with another business account with Google but would prefer to keep our Yahoo account and not move to two Google accounts. We are happy to pay by Debit Card if this is available.     The recent updates to the calendar grid view have severely damaged daily usability by hiding information behind unnecessary clicks. || PROBLEM 1 - HIDDEN DAILY ENTRIES: I can no longer see all of my entries for a specific day at a single glance. Instead, I am forced to click on each individual day just to view the full list of events. This change completely prevents me from scanning my schedule visually and makes using my web browser's built-in text search function (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) completely useless for finding events. || PROBLEM 2 - MISSING EVENT LABELS: The recent grid view update has hidden event labels from the main screen. They only appear after clicking on a specific event. Hiding these labels makes it incredibly difficult to quickly identify the context of my appointments. || PROBLEM 3 - NO EVENT LABEL SEARCH FUNCTION: To make matters worse, there is no way to search for event labels within the calendar interface. If a search function for labels existed, it would make the missing labels slightly less annoying, but right now there is no workaround. || Please update the grid view so information is visible at a glance without forcing users to click through every single day and event.

20. Yahoo Mail Recovery

    The recovery process for Yahoo Mail access is circular and TERRIBLE. I have spent nearly an hour exhausting all recover methods because a hacker connected the account to their number and my original alternate email STILL connected to the account was not sufficient. I had to enroll in Yahoo Plus to talk to a live agent and after ID verification, they were unable to resolve the issue. I called the customer support line, went through circular reasoning again, and was not able to get the help I need.

    I want help with resolving access to my account and at the very least get it deleted so that my data is not compromised. Please escalated this request. I am inclined to seek legal action if this continue to remained unresolved.
