New format is terrible... No customiztation
Most if not all of yahoo user are NOT millennials. We only what info on what we need. I don't want to sort through what you or someone else thinks i should be seeing.
There is no customization to pick and choose like the old format. You cannot have all your stock on the same page as the news you want. So, it doesn't look like you're watching your stock all day. I don't want to be told what to read.131st ranked -
Taking away my yahoo — why, why why??
I have been using My Yahoo since it was first introduced. I use it many times a day. I cannot imagine being online without it. I’m sad and disturbed that you’ll be discontinuing it. From the looks of this page, many others feel the same way. Please say you’ll change your mind and let it live!!

No charge for Technical Help
Why do you charge fees to speak to technical support? Your Help Forums do not Help and redirects me to purchase Premium. This is BS. Im locked out of my account for the second time in 21 years and its due to the upgrade and always requesting that I add safe measures to my account. Now I haven't been able to get in for 2 months and its ruining my credit, late payments because everything goes to my email im locked out of. I think its a disgrace to want money from me for your **** show problems

My Yahoo is exactly that -- "My" customizations that cannot be done with a generic website like MSN.
The "My Yahoo" experience across all of the people complaining is different from person to person. Not just the 'suggestions' but the layout and the readability. Not to mention customized content for sports and stocks that cannot be done without entirely giving us My Yahoo back with all of those functions. Why go generic? Can't this old code base be maintained cheaply? How buggy and expensive is it after being stable for 20+ years? You need to listen to the community of users and not to some odd voice in your heads.

Do NOT Discontinue My Yahoo!!!
The My Yahoo home page now sports an announcement that it is soon to be discontinued. It also offers a preview of a supposed superior replacement. The replacement has no place for bookmarked hyperlinks, no way to monitor stocks, no weather widget to monitor my local weather, and no way to pick and choose my news feed. The new Yahoo doesn't seem to be customizable at all. I've been a Yahoo user since the '90s, but will not stick around if My Yahoo is dropped.

Brain Deard Sofware Engineers Doing Their Best to Kill Yahoo
Once again brain dead software engineers have "improved" and "fixed" something and only make it terrible and not functional. Why must these brain dead people mess with something that is just fine the way it is? Why are the people who use it not allowed to keep what is useful and functional for them? Apparently these brain dead employees of Yahoo are doing their best to kill the company. I have been with Yahoo since the first year it started and now it is looking like it is time to leave.

We also do NOT like the "new" page. We've been using the current home page for 25+ years, and much appreciate the daily Bible verse, the ability to follow investments, the news and sports feeds. Why not offer your many users the choice of home pages?

Give up trying to improve yahoo mail if you don't have any idea what your doing especially if you don't use it yourself. First you limited storage space. After that switching from Drafts and attachments to documents is stupid because now every attachment now documents has the same attachments now documents. That move just doubled or tripled or more our bytes depending on how many attachments now documents I have, almost impossible to delete some and not all. Most people I tried to explain this don't use it much because they use cell phones I don't and never will so…

Calendar default view should be in our control
The monthly calendar default was perfect for me. I don't know why someone thought the weekly option was better. Were people really asking for this? Now I have to constantly switch to monthly view. At the very least, make it a customizable option like so many other aspects of Yahoo Mail.

Cannot sign in to account
Cannot sign in to one account. unseenwiz at yahoo dot com
It's not that long since I last signed in to it. I had a message on my other email saying that I have until September 2026 to sign in so why can I not sign in now.
I would like a response and not get ignored. I use the yahoo account to verify my accounts on other sites.

Costumer service is not good at all

Leaving as soon as the new rollout happens
I'll just leave if you take away the only thing that has me even knowing what a Yahoo is anymore. After 20+ years you people have fixed what was not broken and the MyYahoo page is all that's left. Take it away, I have no more reason to stick around with you. Probably kill off 90% of the other people you need to stay in business. But hey, it's your business, kill it as you see fit.
