I was talking to a representative sounded Indian he did not give his name either. He was supposed to help recover my account. After I told him I didn't have my physical ID he hund up on me while I was still talking. I was telling him to please wait I have one more question, but h still hung up. There have been no new theme option in 20 years! This is stupid. Why not allow us to customize the choices?
I don't understand why the lack of attention to something that gives your customers pleasure. The current choices are so old it's stupid. I'd like to add some themes that I enjoy, please.

Portfolio 2.0 stinks. Why change what worked to something that does not even appear any longer. Pretty annoying.
Stop F-ing with Portfolio. The new version stinks and does not appear on the Yahoo start page. Really wish I did not click the Update Now option. It was the only reason I even use Yahoo any more and now it is broken. Do you idiots even beta test your "updates"?
