  1. STOP hijacking users accounts that HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN their password and forcing users to PAY to recover accounts that know their password

    Forcing users that still know their password to PAY for unnecessary "recovery" seems extremely predatory ESPECIALLY when BOTH THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD ARE CORRECT
    The level of dishonesty seems criminal considering it is for MONETARY GAIN

  2. Stop forcing users to pay for "recovery" of accounts that the password has NOT been forgotten and the user name/password is CORRECT

    Customer care has become predatory when they insist on forcing users to PAY for "recovery" of accounts that BOTH the user name and password are CORRECT and HAVE NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN

  3. Please return the Trash Bin in this new format (which I find difficult to navigate to even read my emails) !!

    Where is the "trash bin" now ???????
    When some message requires retrieving due to multiple factors...
    (like acidently deleting that message)

  4. Allow reporting of malicious content disguised as news or ads.

    Many ads lure you in and its actually a virus that flashes my computer is infected and my Microsoft or windows has the virus. I have a Mac and there there is no way to report the problem. It happens a lot and I cant understand why you sell ad space that contains this. I have to shut down my computer when it happens but I know some elderly people who are so scared they wont go back online. Please allow us to report ads or links that contain these misleading and damaging content. You guys know exactly what Im…

  7. Charging for assistance with new AI defective Interface !

    On AI creating your New Interface -not a big winner
    Charging $$ for tech support! There are certainly reasons for Custom,high level, & non. standard requests, to sometime require payment.
    But, when the PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR PRODUCT - well, that's PATENTLY ABSURD !
    You need to own up to your mistakes ! It's starting to look like letting AI create your latest interface, may be a really big one.
    Thank heavens your haven't removed the BIGGEST feature which makes me use your eMail app. That's the ability to "View Raw Message" - which allows me to validate Sender Info…

  8. Problem logging in with new version interface ?

    when logging in, it goes from Name, to Captcha, to "To many Tries, try back in 24 Hours" - it does even let me get to my Password.
    I use 2 factor authorization on this & almost everything else. So, when I can't get into my email, it creates problems getting in to everything else. This has happen twice recently.

  9. Fix the Edit function

    Fix edit problem in new version interface

    Fix the Text app - the edit function. If you cut, or copy and paste, it doesn't matter where you place your cursor,it pastes your selection above the TOP line.
    This is happening on my old Macbook, I haven't tested it on any version of Windows, on other computers. It started YESTERDAY, with the new version of the interface !

  11. Retrial of old email due to inactive id.

    I log on to the yahoo account & I have been gone to the yahoo id rajeev.parihar@yahoo.co.in where in my old emails are gone due to a new update. I had very important things in my email that i need to have back!!! fix this. As I have lots of document related to academics and Job. I would like to fix the old emails in new update or else provide separate access to old email. that would help me a lot. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible.

    You have made it very hard to ask you a question. My question is why the comments on articles will not load. Also, when I am notified in email of a response to a comment I have made (when comments worked) clicking on reply takes me to article but then I have to wade through hundreds of comments to find the one I am replying too???

  20. For the last 2 months, every time I log in, Yahoo requests a verification code

    For the last 2 months, Yahoo requests a verification code every day when I log in on my home computer. To get the code, I have to log into a backup email account (that is not Yahoo). Why does my Yahoo account need to be verified every day?
