I am the owner of the Yahoo account: abanob201210@yahoo.com
I have enabled two-step verification, but I no longer have access to the recovery email (abanoby4@gmail.com).
My phone number (+39 329 916 3966) is still active, and I can receive SMS or WhatsApp messages.
Please help me regain access to my account or disable two-step verification temporarily so I can sign in.

I only use Yahoo mail because COX gave you all of our e-mail accounts and forced us to use Yahoo. I use Microsoft Outlook to access my e-mails from your server. I don't want or need your stupid interface. Now you are going to put storage limits on accounts ?98th ranked -

You guys have to update your policies and procedures. I’m just trying to find out what happened to all my emails from before 2015. The articles don’t help, the help agents don’t help, the chat bots don’t help, the managers don’t help. You guys need a complete audit from head to toe.

Your unwanted "AI" is abuse. Instead of a site actually being there like it once was when I clicked on it...now your little "going around and around and around" just wastes time, does nothing positive....and may or may not actually appear.
YOU invaded my personal computer with your worthless AI without my permission. The search for existing issues doesn't appear to work at all. Not allowing users to see the status of any issue is one of the worst ways to treat users. You rolled out a new version of Yahoo! Mail, which I think is not much of an upgrade, and your mechanism for collecting feedback is inadequate and frustrating.98th ranked -
Recover lost/missing emails
I hope you can recover the missing email from 2-3 years back. I wonder how my emails are getting lost from my inbox. I did not delete or move them. I don't see them anymore in my folder. It contains receipt and documents that are important.

Suggest going to Google to find help with Yahoo
Can't find answer on yahoo help site, so went to Google and found answer. I wonder is Google offers email? They seem to have answers to fix problems at the ready.
