Allow your customers to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money
Allow your customers to be able to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money for simple questions and then the customer can be directed on what to do next. Then if its something that needs to be paid for the agent can advise on how and what needs to me done!!

Customer support is garbage
I tried cancelling my subscription leading up to the automatic renewal deadline, but was unable to get through to the chat service that is limited to M-F, 9AM ET-6PM ET - only available during work hours, expecting customers to work around their work schedules as opposed to providing flexible times and dates throughout the week and weekend - and rarely works when you do find the time to fit it in. Had to spend six hours fighting through "OOPS!" messages and "try again later!" updates before I finally got through. Conveniently told I would be able to cancel my subscription,…

Allow customers to actually communicate a problem with e-mail.

You can improve help.yahoo by actually providing accurate information.
Provide accurate 'help' information and make it possible to actually contact a real person. Perhaps add an on-line chat option like other companies do.

Have a viable 'contact us' feature. What you currently have is useless
Your 'contact us' link is laughable. Doubt anybody gets any real answers from that waste of space. None of the catagories ever fit the answer I am looking for.
