  1. You have 13 ringtones delete them

    I keep on getting in my file 13 ringtones from Yahoo You've got Mail with different tones I do not want them I delete them every time I open up Yahoo they come back again take them off my site I don't want to see those ridiculous ringtones again I do not use them.

  2. Empty trash problem

    I tried to purge old emails. That resulted in 345.000 trashed emails. I am UNABLE TO DELETE THEM! I tried to empty completely, then a year at a time — nothing works. And yahoo is asking me to add storage space. I don’t want to!! I just want to empty the trash folder. HELP!!! I’ll have to stop using my yahoo account if I can’t fix this!

  3. If I comment on an article, than someone replies to my comment, I cannot reply to them, why not??

  6. Advertisement is limiting the focus

    I see your advertisement which are flashing on the right side of the mail box is something which frustrates me. Every then and now the ads are changing and flashing up which is limiting my focus on reading the mails. I don't know the marketing strategy of yours. But mailbox should be less distractive and more engaging within its feature. You should put the notepad option handy within that box instead opening it in new tab. And handle the advertisement in a way which distract less.

  7. Two things - When I compose an email, it is double-spaced.I want single spacing.You replied & asked my browser (Edge)

    When I compose an email, reply or print it is double-spaced. Want single. You replied and asked browser. Don't know how to reply. I'm on Microsoft edge on a desktop. PLEASE let me get back to single-spaced email when I compose. I am not hitting enter twice (which you suggested might be an issue).

  10. fix this problem

    You have made it very hard to ask you a question. My question is why the comments on articles will not load. Also, when I am notified in email of a response to a comment I have made (when comments worked) clicking on reply takes me to article but then I have to wade through hundreds of comments to find the one I am replying too???

    Work On this page, unable to open my account because it is sweedish. SomeTimes but not all it will translate to English.

  14. Suspicious app

    Ii tried signing in my Yahoo email bu t forgot my password and it asked to send me a text with a code to either my cell which I chose and it didn't,or a recovery emaill which I got in with but it also had my phone number from this phone on what's app,which I never had made an account on...can someone help me with that or tell me what to do because then someone else is using my number on that app with my account and number it ain't me

  17. I am censored from OpenWeb. Please get rid of them.

    OPenWeb unfairly censors comments and doesn't list the reason. Even if you adhere to "community guidelines". AND, there is no way to complain to them directly. OpenWeb will not re-instate a banned commenter.

  18. Fix commenting so that I can Actually respond to a comment, it's broken now.....

    When trying to respond to a comment, it is no longer possible to do so. Why is that. If there are any number of comments, it becomes impossible to find the person you wanted to respond to. You HAVE a BUTTON for it! Why doesn't it work?

  19. For starters, figure out why so many comments are ranked either 92nd, or 54th. But ...

    I posted on a company's Yahoo Finance board that they had filed with the SEC informing investors about an on-going cyber attack. I saw it as a buying opportunity. At the same time, I messaged the company's Investor Relations department to ask to be on the investor email list when the situation is resolved. And my every comment everywhere on Yahoo has been rejected ever since.

    No good deed ...

    And I've asked Yahoo when I'll be reinstated and gotten a case # but no reply. #24905201 if that means anything.

    I may pay their penny-ante premium subscription just to…
